I recommend this rental agency. The car pick-up and drop-off process was very quick and efficient. The car was almost new and very clean.

Efficient collection and return, car was nice and staff were excellent!

Only people willing and ready to give us the right car on a dime. We didn't realize that most Italian companies require an international license until we got to the desk of Europcar. Locauto, because it's related to Enterprise, is fine with American license and proceeded to find the right car for our needs in an airport packed with people waiting for cars. Special shout-out to the Bergamot airport crew for their excellent and friendly service.

I rented a car from your branch in Bergamo Airport, Italy, for 7 days on August 7. Originally I rented online from a different company but they would not give me the car because I did not have an international driving license, so I approached your desk, and the clerk agreed to give me the car without an international driving license. However, the price was 715 euros (instead of the original 300$), and when I asked if she can lower the price, she said no. I paid and took the car, but after I received an email with the contract, I found out that more than half the price was for a full coverage insurance that I did not know about, did not want and did not request. Needless to say, the clerk did not mention any of that when I paid, and did not show me the contract. There were much cheaper and reasonable insurance policies. After I returned the car on August 15, I went to her to find out why she did not ask me what insurance I wanted, and why she hid the insurance price from me, and her answer was that I accepted the price that she gave me, so I am responsible. Even if legally she is right, this is the kind of behavior that makes you (as a customer) feel deceived and disrespected.

No usb port available to charge the phone .
Very pricey . Almost necessary to buy their 250€/week « no worry assurance » not to be charged 1200€ for fake damages .
I was not told where to pick up the car and had to go back to the airport to get the keys .

Everything was an extraordinary experience. Nothing to complain about.

My rental experience with Locauto at airport Milan- Bergamo was positive. Although I got not my rented type of car the replacement type was similar in class and the car was almost new and drove great. Good personal service at the desk in the airport. Only improvement from my point of view is that the handover of the car at the car parking area could be more professional to do a car inspection together in front to prevent possible discussion when returning the car. In my case there were no issues to report and returning the car went very smooth.

The staff at pick-up and drop-off were very nice and helpful. I got exactly the car I ordered. A total pleasure!

Experience was all good. Car was in order, and leaving it off was also smooth.

Everything went very well, except that the lady at the counter at Bergamo airport didn't explain to us that we had to take the bus that would take us to the parking lot and details like that which confused us a bit and made things complicated.

The actual rental was good it’s the email & €470 charge after I returned the car for a scratch that was already there. The customer service is appalling I contacted the office I rented from who said send the pictures which I did only for them to email me back saying they can’t do anything. I am really disappointed with the after C service.
