I arrived at the counter an hour earlier than agreed upon in the contract. The employee wanted to charge me for an additional day due to the early pickup of the vehicle. I felt this was unreasonable and refused to pay. So I went back to the counter an hour later.
On a positive note, the other employee did not try to sell me any additional insurance or other services afterward. The vehicle pickup and return went off without a hitch from then on.

Great experience overall. Car in excellent condition, all minor marks/damage clearly highlighted and print + email copy of same provided when picking up car. When dropping car back at the end of the rental the check of car is done with you present. Very speedy and efficient process. Not looking to catch customers out unlike many other providers.

Very helpful staff, friendly and with excellent English. We arrived late, flight was delayed, that was no problem. We received an upgrade on the car for no extra cost. Returning the car was quick and easy. I would highly recommend using Locauto in Brindisi airport

Our car hire experience was very good. The staff were very helpful and the car supplied was almost new and in perfect condition. We returned the car in a clean condition and the staff complimented us on the care we had taken. We found the charges to be some of the lowest for the area and no extra charges were attempted when we returned. Well done Locauto and thank you.

As soon as I contacted the advisor, the communication was professional, friendly, and courteous. As it was my first experience, it was very important to me that the whole process was clear and smooth from start to finish.
I received a brand-new Cupra, and the advisor took the time to explain the car's features and even connected my device for me, so I felt comfortable and confident before driving away.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely use them again. A big bonus was that I was able to use my debit card instead of a credit card, which was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. 😊
