Alessio helped us very much for thr car return. He immediatley helped the second we got in and made the process as best as possible. The car was amazing for my wife 5 year old son and myself. We drove around the whole Sicily without any issues. Check in was also great. Thank you for the best time here in Sicily

Nonostante il dirottamento del volo da Catania a Trapani, Locauto ha gestito la situazione con grande professionalità. La loro linea telefonica è stata sempre disponibile e l’ufficio presso l’aeroporto di Catania è rimasto aperto fino a mezzanotte. LEVARGING OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS
GREAT SERIVICE, HOW EVER WE NEEDED TO HIRE A CAR DUE TO THE VOLCANOE CANCLEING FLIGHTS AND THE COST OF THE HIRE CAR WAS OVER 500 EUROS FOR 12 HOURS. I THINK LEVERAGING OFF A TIME LIKE THIS IS TAKING ADVATAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. DUE TO THIS I WOULD NOT BE USING THIS CAR RENTAL AGAIN. HOWEVER HAVING A VEHCILE AVLAIBLE SOLVED THE ISSUE.;
