The pick up took such a long time
The pick up took such a long time. We rented the car for 9 o’clock and we had to wait for 45 min outside in the sun and almost mist our plane.

All very fast, simple burocracy , friendly service. We we're only unsure about a little alarm symbol that was always on and we di not know what It was. Turned out tò be nothing and could simply have been turned off.

The staff let me sign a contract with additional 100,77€ Insurance even though I said I don't want it. He did not show me and made me sign it. This is a clear case of scam.
