Very good service
The process of taking over and drop of the car is very simple and fast. Instead of booked car I got a bit better car class with auto gear and very economical . Other important point I was used debit card only

Fraud
Locauto accused me of doing damage to a car when I didn't. The company is not responding to disputes and will not produce pictures of the damage. They were horrible to begin with, unhelpful and rude.

Quick and great service, good cars.
The smart checking made the reservation a quick smooth and pleasant experience, they explained everything patiently, both the check in and check out was very quick and professional. Highly recommended.

Staff were great, price was reasonable!

We rented our car from Locauto a little out of lake Como . Matteo looked after us and was friendly engaging and helpful . Unfortunately we went over our due back date due to a misunderstanding but this was remedied over the phone with relative ease with the help of Manuel in Palma who was helpful and reassuring when we discovered the error . In summary we have no hesitation in recommending Locauto
