Pick up at Florence airport was faultless - all the staff were charming. But the vehicle was badly damaged- every panel on one side was either dented or scratched with a lost hub cap from a previous accident.
On drop off your operative was convinced that there was additional damage that I had sustained until I was able to prove him wrong with a video of the vehicle I recorded on pick up.

Otherwise good value for money

I rented a car from Locauto Group at Florence Airport and overall had a very positive experience. The location was very easy to find, and the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient during check-in.

The car itself was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly throughout our trip. The only minor detail was that the car wasn't as clean as it could have been upon pickup, but since there was no requirement to return it washed, it was not a major issue for us.

I definitely recommend their services and would happily rent from them again!

Most of the staff were very kind, and I could see why this brand is so highly rated. I was particularly grateful to the female staff member at Venice Airport who handed over the car; she handled my requests regarding a suitcase issue very appropriately. However, it was disappointing that a staff member at Florence Airport ignored me when I asked how to use CarPlay.

The booking, pick up and drop off were all seamless and easy. The car was clean and just the right size for us.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me. The price was higher than I expected but a that is to be expected without a reservation. Both the booking staff and the outside service staff were very professional and made me feel like a long time client. I would definitely recommend this company.

Pickup of the car was seamless and quick. Staff was very friendly. We obtained the car in Firenze and returned the car in Rome, and the return was equally positive and efficient. The car was clean, well maintained and as promised. We would certainly rent from Locauto again and I would recommend them highly. Tom
