Great team and help with lost item
I left an Apple Watch in my rental car. Clara and the team at Florence Airport were able to track it down and get it back to me. In addition, the check-in and return process were unusually simple and quick. Many thanks!

The Fiat Gran Panda was brand new...only 4000 + Km on it and it functioned beautifully. Locauto staff was both courteous and helpful with the questions we had about the car. Pick up was easy and drop off easy, as well. However, I would like to make one recommendation that you ask to place a bigger sign for all RENTAL CAR RETURNS on the highway near the airport to help people find their way to you when then are returning their car--it was quite confusing and we spent about 20 minutes looking for the rental car return area.

Good rental for Italy

The car had some minor damage that was shown before and all was ok!
