We were given a car that broke down and they refused to replace it
We were given a car at locauto firenze airport that broke down five minutes after receiving it. It had a problem with the clutch. We were stuck on a highway at 21.50. We called their road side assistance 5 times. We were told by locauto to wait for road assistance. We waited for hours. One of us got a ride back to locauto with the kids to get a replacement car while the main driver waited with the car. But locauto refused to give us a replacement car until they received a note from road side assistance confirming that the car has broken down . We have been waiting at locauto for 2 hours now for assistance to arrive and it now 00.40 in the morning… when we called road side assistance at 21.50, we were told that assistance was about to arrive. The person at locauto airport. office had not even bothered to call assistance. And in addition to all this we took the “don’t worry” full protection option!
We are still here in the office at 00.39 and continue waiting….

Smooth and Professional Experience
Great experience! Everything was quick, easy and professional. The car was practically brand new with very low mileage and we had no issues at all. We returned it in a different city without any problems. Very smooth service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

No hidden extra cost, free upgrade, and off we went.
The car was pretty much brand new.
Same experience when we returned.
Very kind guy at the lot, did the final check, and we were on our way.
I will choose Locauto whenever they are present at travelling location.

Easy pickup and dropp-off
It was overall a good experience. Nice car as well. One thing. The paperwork at the office, you can easily digitalise. Its not necessary to fill out adress details and where you are going to stay. Do that step online and just sign at the office desk.
