When I picked up the car in Florence, during the inspection of the visible defects, I suggested to the company employee that I take a video recording, but she said it was completely unnecessary, as everything was described in detail in the report. This was a serious mistake. You should never take anyone's word for it. As a result, when I dropped off the car at your company's Rome office, the manager charged me for a scratch on the bumper, which, allegedly, wasn't mentioned in the description. None of my arguments were accepted.
I got the impression that this is a way for your company to generate additional income.
Believe me, this will not enrich your company.
I reserve the right to provide appropriate negative feedback about the actions of your company's specialists.
So, in addition to charging for fictitious damage, you also didn't return the security deposit.

Better if the instructions to avoid other ZTLs in order to enter the designated ZTL entrance can be more precise.

Agent was very good, car was great. Couldn’t find a petrol station on the way back to return the car and was charged €43 refueling fee plus €18.44 for petrol, but i’d only used 1/8 tank. I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Upgrade was very easy and affordable.
Check in took longer than expected.

Vehicle pickup was very easy — the staff at both the check-in counter and in the garage were helpful, as was the team during the return process. Everything was quick and efficient. The vehicle was in perfect condition. I will definitely use the company’s services again in the future.

The car was great. It was in excellent condition. The location is convenient to the heart of Florence. We drive through Tuscany and it was amazing. Coming back into Florence requires concentration. I had to enter a ZTL to get back to the garage but Locauto said they would take care of the penalty.

I would rent from them again

Car was good, staff were nice, but I got told one thing by the person renting me the car, and something different by the person that took the return.

I was specifically told a price per day *linear*. So rental, taxes, insurance, dildo, and lube, were all in, for the rate of x euro per day. I ended up only wanting it for one day (and returned two hours early), yet was charged x*1,25.

Got the: "I didn't tell you that; the person that rented you the car was wrong". Lol. Ok. I mean, I've rented things before, and day one is always the most expensive, so being sold a linear rate was practically ridiculous to begin with. Which is why I leave such a bad rating. Lying to do your day job is so sad. Especially when you can do it without lying. Pathetic.

EuropCar lost the reservation our travel agent had made. Their staff was rude and dismissive. Your location in Florence not only had vehicles but cheerfully helpful staff. As a result we were able to enjoy a week driving around Tuscany.

Everything was good, the car i recived was better than the one y reserved, and for the same money. the only thing to suggestion i have is that i did not recive some instructions about how tha car works, i mean about the caracteristics of the vehicle, and that was not good. I think you should explain more about the car to the client

I rented a car in Venice with a agreement of returning it in Rome. We had a full insurance on the car (Don’t worry policy). Fuel policy was to take and return it full. Once I left the office, the fuel wasn’t full (1/4 of fuel was missing). Once we left the office, we drove to Florence. In the middle of the road, the car started making weird noises. This noise got me worried, and I tried to get to touch with the number which was indicated in the agreement, but no one answered my calls. Once I was in Florence, I approached the office which was located there, but I was told that they won’t be able to help me and that I was supposed to get in contact with the office in Venice. But no matter how much we tried to get in touch with them, we never got an answer back. Our situation could have been very risky, but both offices were very unprofessional, especially office in Florence. No matter how much I told them that this situation could have been dangerous, they didn’t take the situation seriously. Thank god I was able to submit the car in perfect condition with full fuel. But I am very unsatisfied with the unprofessional service that I received.

Very good experience. Fast car pick-up. New car only 15,000 km. Polite staff. Good prices.

The person behind the desk helped us very efficiently and kindly. It was a perfect car. The drop off took approximately 5 minutes.

AVOID AVOID

This rental agency is terrible. Months after our holiday, we started receiving fines for dates when we were not even in Italy, let alone renting a car. They are thieves.
