Easy receiving and return. No trying to bullshit you with some hidden damages. The only tjing is that it was easy to find their return point in the Malpensa airport.

Staff are friendly and easy to work with. Rented a car at the last minute and had it ready right away. The Milano Central Station booking desk is in the very Southeast corner of the station, next to the East exit. The cars are picked up in the garage under the train tracks to the Northwest. Follow the instructions carefully to find the garage.

I picked up at the Milan train station and then dropped off at Pisa Airport. The locations were useful and the experience was straightforward. Both sets of staff were friendly and professional, the car worked well and was as advertised.

Several observations:

I appreciated that they were willing to take my 'Online only bank' (Monzo) credit card and I believe they also accept debit cards, both of which are not accepted by some other rental car companies, this was useful as I did not have my other cards on me at the time.

I booked direct and that seemed to work perfectly well, they did briefly try to sell me upgraded insurance, but they weren't overly pushy about it. The service from all staff was friendly, professional, and prompt.

The car I rented had a minor bit of cosmetic damage at the point of rental (a scratched/scuffed back wheel arch), but was in otherwise good condition. I took photos in case, but they were honest and had good record keeping on the state of the car so there was no issue (as it should be, but worth noting as I know it's not always that way).

The Fiat we received was top notch in every respect,size,fuel economy and very easy to drive.The only thing was picking up in Malan and dropping off in Florence very hard to find pickup and drop-off locations.

Excellent car rental experience. Both pick-up and return processes were quick and easy. The BMW we got was very new and clean, well-maintained. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We received more than we expected. Highly recommended and we'll only rent with Locauto!!!

Good experience

Easy pickup and drop off. Opel Astra is perfect for Italian roads. We did have a surprise using usb charge cable that make our digital dashboard go dark. Opel mechanic at a dealership reset it for free. We luv Italian mechanics! Would recommend.

Easy pick up and drop off process, but location of car collection at Milan station is not easiest to find, and it would benefit from some signage.
