The customer service people were great.
The customer service people we dealt with were really helpful and friendly. They explained things clearly and simply. Importantly there wasn’t the usual push to sell more insurance that you get with the other rental companies.
We had chosen the wrong drop-off terminal at the airport and the customer service team picked this up and fixed it, again, no problem. The drop off instructions were great - QR code was a great idea.

Great Simple Experience
They were easy in delivering the car to me and didnt take much time
The car condition was very good and Gps was working fine
Returning the car was simple ( the return was at the airport may needs to be more clearly marked) but actual return was a smooth procedure
Must understand when booking what insurance covers and what the deductible is
