Unexpected Recharge and Missinformation
I called to inform i will give the car few hours later on the phone, the woman told me its fine cause i already payed for that, and when I gave the car, they made mempay an extra day for the time delayed… so i was misinformed and charged one extra day of rental for 3h delay.

While your rate did include a grace period of 2 extra hours, the vehicle was returned 3 hours beyond that allowance. Really kind and helpfull staff, no lines and exactly the car from the picture. Fast service. Staff didn't insist on getting extra insurances (which we already booked somewhere else).

We booked a car at nolegiare but they…
We booked a car at nolegiare but they wouldn’t give us our booked car because they said that my full name should be on my credit card in stead of only my initials! Which never is! So this was a scam!!! Fortunately we could get a nice (but not cheap) Volvo xc40 with full insurance last minute for 2 weeks! Thanks

Fab experience with Locauto in Sardegna
I had a great experience with Locauto during my holiday in Sardegna. I hired an MG with satnav, which was a comfortable and reliable car for our trip. Although there was a long wait at the service desk, the lady who assisted me was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very professional. The whole process, from pick-up to drop-off, was easy and straightforward. I would definitely use Locauto again! I've used the same agents before and I've always had a great experience.
