No need for credit card, a debit card was enough witch made the rental process more convenient.
The pick up and the drop off process was quick and easy.

No queues when I arrived at Palermo. Friendly , professional service at the desk, easy car pick up. No hard sell on insurance. Likewise easy drop off at Catania with attentive staff who were polite and willing to help.

Great service! Just a quick note on email response times
I’m giving Locauto Palermo 5 stars because everything on-site was fantastic—the car pickup and drop-off were completely smooth, quick, and hassle-free.
The only small area for improvement would be email communication, as it took them longer than ideal to reply to my query prior to the trip. Overall, a great experience, but a bit faster response time to emails would make it truly perfect!
