After having a pre booked car we…
After having a pre booked car we experienced rude customer service when we went to pick up our car. After having some issues with our IDs which were quickly rectified we were told that our pre existing booking was no longer valid and had to book directly with the service desk. This increased our rate from 450 to 580 euros. The original booking we paid for a jeep or similar and were given a much smaller car than we paid for/ originally booked. Due to us being tired and late in the day we wanted to get out of there but we were not happy particularly with the rude service and the car we were given after paying for much larger and more comfortable car. We would not recommend this car service again and won’t be booking with them when we return.

To clarify what happened during your pick-up, regarding your initial pre-booked reservation, our team was unable to fulfill it because all the required identification documents for customer qualification could not be presented at the time of check-in.
Regarding the second booking you made online for a larger vehicle, because it was a last-minute reservation made through a third-party website, there is typically a processing delay before it appears in our internal system. Since our staff cannot open a rental contract without an active, verified reservation in the system, and given the time sensitivity, our agents offered you the walk-in rate available at the counter at that moment.
We sincerely regret the stressful situation this created, especially after a long day of travel. However, we would like to reassure you that you were not charged for the original reservation that was not utilized.
We hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

Reliable and efficient
Reliable and efficient. Car was in good condition and they are fast to give the car and take it back. Access to both airport and Palermo office is easy.

Not too bad .
Will I come to them again, probably yes.Polite staff, but the car was a little dirty and not prepared for the next customer, there were no carpets, damage to the roof was not included in the documents, but even when it was handed over, it was issued to me, but next time I will ask to replace the car, or if there is no second one, I will have to ask to cancel the booking.

Excellent experience with Locauto. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire rental process. Both pickup and return were quick and efficient, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great rental experience. I would definitely use Locauto again and highly recommend them.

Quick and smooth processing both at the terminal check-in and during the car handover at the parking lot. In the terminal, we were also told that it would be advantageous to pay for the fuel in advance—meaning we pick up the car with a full tank and return it empty—as it is difficult to find a gas station around Palermo Airport. At first, we were naturally skeptical, but we decided to go with this offer anyway. In the end, we were extremely grateful that we did.

Trip Saver Car rental Company
We originally booked with another car company. I had no idea that there’s a difference for out-of-country citizens as I was unable to continue with that reservation. Luckily, we tried the American companies, specifically Enterprise located with Locauto Group. With no problem at all, the gentleman helped us get our contract initiated for our stay in Palermo. The services were efficient and friendly and very understanding of our situation.
