One small issue (service): the vehicle had two faulty bulbs (left front dipped beam and rear license plate light), otherwise everything was fine for the vehicle category.

I had a really great experience!
I initially chose Locauto because of the great ratings on trustpilot. The costs were comunicated fully transparent from the beginning. They also didn’t try to upsell us any insurance etc. Really pleasant and professional.
There was also no deposit required, they only charged 0.01€ to have my credit card details (Debit Card works as well). The car was also very modern and in Great conditions. I would definitely choose Locauto again for my next vacation with a rental car

I made the reservation by phone, and the employee was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up the car at Palermo Airport in Italy, the staff were friendly and the process was quick and efficient. The car was in excellent condition and met all my expectations. Returning the car was also quick and hassle-free.
I would definitely recommend renting a car from Locauto!
