Everything went well with the car and the return. It's mostly the car pick-up that was long. We had to wait in line for a long period and the car has been cleaned inside, but not the exterior.

the car was ok
the car was ok, the only thing it was a bit upseting is that the usb it was not working, so we have to look and save our mobile battery at times

We had a great experience while receiving the car and returning it. The executive was very helpful. Wait time was not that much. Car was in great condition.

All went well until the return.
Easy check-in. Nice vehicle. The only problem was that the return address for the vehicle in Rome was the address for the train station and not the exact address for the parking garage next to the train station. We needed to double park in Rome traffic to call Locauto to get the correct address. Not ideal.

A quite good rent
A quite good rent. The car was a very little dirty when we picked up but it's ok. The ventilation didn't work correctly and it was a bit hot inside.
The employees was efficient and correct.
The price was good for the model we chose.
