Going the extra mile
Came out very late to me, I'd locked myself out of my house, not only did he get me into my house quickly with no damage, he also fixed my lock for me, it had been giving trouble for ages, he moved the receiving part of the yale lock down a few millimetres as my door had slipped down over the years. He did this at no extra cost. It is now perfect, much better than before. Also put some cleaning fluid or WD40 into the lock. Great service.

With all due respect I would like to first of all point out that we never completed a job for you of any kind. We were indeed supposed to, but there was a misunderstanding by both parties and even though we tried to come to an agreement with you and sort everything out, you sadly refused this and were not interested even though this was an honest case of miscommunication. We are all humans and sadly errors do happen but it's how we try to make it right that matters, unfortunately you refused all offers from our side and straight away threatened us with a court case for no particular reason, I would like to point out again that we did not do a job for you and did not take any money from you.
I would still like to apologise for that fact that you believe you had a bad experience with us, if there was anything I could do to make you happier I would as customer satisfaction is crucially important to us, but it seemed like no offers had interested you.

I'm very happy with the service. I had someone very shortly after the call. The quality of repair is excellent. The doors are like brand new. Also the person is very customer friendly on top of being professional and would considered options for minimizing cost when needed.

I cannot speak highly enough about Remi. He was extremely helpful. Even though it was late in the evening he was very friendly and when he could not completely fix the lock on my back door, he
