They're costs don't include VAT!! I was quoted 108€ for the service then locksmith came, fixed door (no parts required) and cost he gave was 120€ plus VAT, he reduced once I explained the office had quoted 108€ but said VAT is not included. The website claims there are no surprises in their pricing but not quoting the VAT or even mentioning that it's not included is a nasty surprise for any consumer to get on receipt of the invoice.

You have now replied to my review to say you never hide VAT charges! - It is your website that does not mention VAT charges in the FAQ section as quoted below -

I followed this up by phoning for a quote and I was given the same information - no mention of VAT then either.

You have now requested a copy of my invoice but where should this be sent? No name or email to contact, just an insincere response to a review which I suppose is consistent with the poor information or lack of information shown on your website.

Very happy with how quickly the phone was answered (evening time) and all that was needed was an Eircode. Someone then arrived in an hour abouts and we were sorted soon after, even though some parts needed replacing. A payment link was sent via email, so no cash needed.
All in all not something we had planned to spend our money on (who does!), but very happy with this company and the engineer and I would recommend them.
