We have thoroughly reviewed your order and the phone call you made to us. Based on our records, the part you ordered—a key blanking insert—was sent out correctly. This part is specifically designed to convert TSS window handles from locking to non-locking, which is clearly stated on the product page.

From the phone call recording, it seems the part you were looking for was actually a repair plate, not the key blanking insert you ordered.

If you'd like to return the items for a refund, you're welcome to open a return request. We will gladly process the refund, provided the items are returned in resellable condition and in their original packaging. A return was never refused; however, you requested a refund while retaining the goods, which we are unable to offer since the correct parts were delivered.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with the return if needed.

Recommended.

Ordered from here as one of the few companies that has proper measurements of the locks on it's site. Quick delivery and refundable as my lock wasn't in that ridiculous plastic packaging which once cut open isn't returnable.
My measurements however were all good so I didn't need to return after all!
Also pleased delivery was with Royal Mail rather than useless Evri so I didn't have to search half the town for it.

Poor service and backup after delivery issue

Poor service. Royal mail failed to deliver despite phonecalls to both Lockstation and Royal Mail, Mainly Royal Mails issue not Lockstation. But the 1 star is for charging for redelivery, or not refunding postage. When I said under the sales of goods act they should refund it, I am told they dont appreciate threats and have a zero tolerance policy. and evidently a zero customer service policy too. Waited for the product for 10 days, and they are not bothered so shall not be using again. Things go wrong and thats fine, its how we deal with those issues as companies that shows our true colours.
Congrats Lockstation on losing a sale, a future customer and getting this review, all over £4 postage.

I ordered a next day delivery and still waiting two weeks later

I ordered a next day delivery. I still have not received my order over two weeks later. The company has stopped responding to my emails. Update following their response, I can confirm that the order was not delivered on the ninth, the tracking currently shows it has been returned, by the couriers and I have not had any response to email sent since non arrival of goods.

Only gave them 1 star as I couldn't give none!!

DO NOT get extra keys cut by them, they are very very poor quality and do not work, with no customer service support to rectify there clear poor quality workmanship! I wish I could post the image of the cut key that looks like a toddler did it wth a spoon

Excellent service

Excellent service - items were exactly as requested - however Royal Mail were useless - ripped the packaging and then ripped the bag they put the ripped package in!!
