The Brecon Smock:

There was a bloke cutting about in one of them before we went on leave and I thought it looked wicked smart, I asked what it was and so on and he sung its praises and recommended it 100%, so I decided to treat myself to an early Christmas present. Haven’t had a chance to properly try it out in the field yet, but it’s time will come. So far I’m impressed. Looks smart as, good quality and possibly the best part is it gives you the warm fuzzy knowing you’re buying from people who truly appreciate their craft. The Christmas card that got sent along with it was just the cherry on top. Much appreciated that, was a lovely gesture. Would absolutely recommend this.

Very fast delivery, and the handwritten card was a lovely touch. I love my new gilet. It keeps me perfectly warm and feels like high quality.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of the additional taxes and delivery service fees for shipping to Germany and ended up paying almost 40% extra on top of the purchase price. A heads-up about these costs in advance would have been greatly appreciated.

I’ve followed this brand for a while and loved what they are all about! I finally got round to ordering a gilet from them and it exceeded all expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding! It’s stylish, comfortable and made to last, I literally live in it! Customer service was so friendly and personal and super quick delivery too! I’ve already made my second purchase and plan to make more!

I picked up a Gilet body warmer and honestly, it’s a brilliant bit of kit. It arrived really well presented, with a Christmas card tucked inside and even a little guardsman pin, which was such a thoughtful touch. The quality feels great and you can tell it’s been made with care. I’d happily recommend them. It’s good knowing it’s all homemade, supporting local makers.

Amazing quality, I love my gilet purchased at Blenheim after following lockwood’s journey for a while. So pleased it’s made in Britain, love the ethos and also love the energy of Jacob and Ruth. I hope to buy more investment pieces in the future. Can’t rate highly enough.

So I’ve got a few pieces now. On the waterproof side I’ve got the Churchill smock and cap, which have been outstanding as the Autumn and winter rain has kicked into South Wales - bone dry and warm in downpours, whilst being breathable and flexible enough as I’m tackling the hills.

I’ve also got a ‘Vintage Henry’ baker boy, 1/4 zip and a fleece gilet, all of which are absolutely spot on for almost every occasion - basically the complete layering system for any weather!

The quality of material and craftsmanship of each product is brilliant, I’ve no doubt I’ll still be using all of them for years to come! And you couldn’t ask for a more personal and professional service from Lockie!
