Excellent estate agents. Very helpful and kept me up to date with the process of the sale of my property even through these uncertain times. I was also going through some difficult, personal circumstances and they were very patient with me. My point of contact, Laura, was very helpful. For me, Logic estate agents is the logical choice.

I recently (June 2021) purchased a flat in Waterloo Merseyside. The sale was being handled by Logic. As a consequence I had numerous dealings/ phone-calls with representatives of Logic based at the Waterloo branch, mostly Rachel and Laura. I wish to put on record . What a fabulous experience !!! Friendly helpful professional humorous, an absolute joy to speak to . Great ambassadors for your company. As a result .... when I next need to employ an Estate Agents.... Ethan is with us from the time we start applying until we get the keys. He is kind, friendly, patient and professional in answering our questions. At the same time, he is very diligent, whenever he will update us with the latest news, this communication skills and sense of responsibility is amazing. He's one of the best of all the consultants I've ever met! We’re grateful we had someone who made the process so smooth and happy.

Me and my boyfriend have been living within student lettings for the past three years and we have now moved on to independent lettings for the first time. I was letting a property and there were a few hiccups due to the landlord living away. Ethan was super helpful and kept me up to date with the process. I was unsure if I would get the keys in time to move my furniture in but Ethan saved the day. Lovely company, I also had dealing with Ben who was also very helpful

Just rented a property which was marketed by Logic. The property consultant we dealt with was Ethan Todd. Ethan was there for us from the very beginning of the application process, right through to picking up the keys and beyond. Excellent communication from Ethan who kept us up to date at each step of the process.
