Having spoken with our team, we can confirm that 198.6g of your items were returned as non-precious, as they tested at approximately 35% silver purity — unfortunately too low for us to purchase. With the remaining items showing varying purities, we contacted you directly and, with your agreement, proceeded to melt them down. Melting is the fairest way to establish an accurate and consistent price, as it allows us to assess the true silver content across all pieces combined. Following this process, the resulting bar tested at 75% silver and weighed 250.3g, which formed the basis of our offer to you.
We pride ourselves on offering the fairest prices possible, and all valuations are based on thorough and transparent testing. We always encourage customers to raise any questions or concerns about their quotes before making a decision — we're more than happy to walk through our findings in detail. As you chose to reject our offer, your items were, of course, returned to you free of charge.

Easy straight forward experience.
Called into the store whilst I was visiting Birmingham with some old jewellery I’d inherited that had sat in a drawer 20 years. Didn’t know much about it. They told me some of it was 14ct which I didn’t know. Walked out with hell of a lot more money than I was expecting. Overall took about 5 mins from taking it in to the money been in my bank. I’m very happy with the service I received and will be back.

Just what is says on the packet....easy to use, really fast response, everything already sent to you so no problem just sending it all off, and an offer that was within pennies of my own estimate, paid into my bank the next day. Super, would recommend anyone to turf out your old bits and pieces and send it off, so much better than Vintage Cash Cow who last year didn't know the difference between costume jewellery and a £2,000 diamond ring! Needess to say I declined their risible offer but am glad I wasn't put off this time as Lois Bullion is very reliable, listing everything and what it fetched. Very happy!
