Total scam - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

The price displayed was the most competitive but, once you get to the payment, there are large management fees that you may not realize when you pay, which was my case.

I made a review in Dec 2024 on the unclear hotel booking
It turns out the booking was made and I was able to check in with the hotel. However I need to check multiple times with hotel and LOL travel, also the first name and last name was not in the right order.
so it is legit but the confirmation will take one whole week!

Made a booking no. 20241229544202 but I am not sure if the hotel has been actually booked. It says confirmed on the site, but when I checked the hotel's official site, the booking is not found. Not sure about the processing time they needed.

The prices that Lol.Travel shows in Skyscanner are always much lower than what they really ask on their platform. Sometimes the flights are not even there. So they just use Skyscanner to lure you to their website. Very annoying.

Every single time you offer best price on Skyscanner then after spending ages filling out all personal details then pressing pay you ALWAYS SAY PRICE HAS GONE UP!

Saying price can go up after refreshing browser is patronizing as I am quite familiar how websites and pricing works with the public etc. Answer this….. why after trying over 50 times and with different flights that on lol page on the payment part at the end the price is always much higher? Then when refreshing and searching again your low price remains.
Let me answer for you…….. you artificially advertise lower prices to capture the public hoping after timely completing forms we are worn out to accept the higher price.

This company has hidden fees for card payment. Be careful with payment. Administration fee for card payment is 270 euros. Cheaper to order tickets from flight provider website. Typical scum. I understand, that you will tell included bla-bla. Total must be clearly understandable to the buyer. Will see what regulator will tell about. I already filled claim form against your company.

You can test it yourself, on Skyscanner they seem to have the best prices, but once you click "Pay" after filling all the details, an error always occurs and an Agency fee is added to the price.

Lying to catch the customer, then charging more = Scam.

I recently purchased a flexible ticket from this website, thinking it would allow me to change my flight without incurring extra charges. However, I was completely shocked when I was informed that I would need to pay over €1,200 to make a change to my flight. This goes directly against the purpose of buying a flexible ticket in the first place.

On top of that, my original flight was changed by the airline, which resulted in my connection time being reduced to just one hour. When I asked if I could purchase additional insurance for my baggage to cover this risk, I was told that it wasn’t possible. It felt like I was being left in a very difficult situation, with no options to protect myself.

They claim that the flexible ticket would allow me to change my flight without penalties, yet here I am, facing huge charges for something that was supposed to be part of the service. Not only was I charged an exorbitant fee for the rebooking, but I also received a confusing email from their customer service offering a payment link with a very short window to pay. This felt like a total scam, especially since the whole point of purchasing a flexible ticket is to avoid these kinds of charges.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It’s not just about the money; it’s about being misled and treated poorly. I will never book with them again, and I would strongly recommend others to reconsider if they value transparency, fair customer service, and options for protecting themselves during travel.

you fill all form then they change the price

Tried booking a ticket, suddenly see that administration costs are included when I wanted to pay. I go through the proces again and notice that when I select the payment method, they increase the price with €137 without any notice. Scummy behavior...

I have recently used the services of loltravel to book several trips to Zurich. And on each occasion, in the middle of the purchase process, a message appears warning me that the price has changed. It may be once, but it has happened to me several times. I am not at all happy about this incident.

The prompt answer, the kindness, etc.

"I want to warn all travelers against the fraudulent practices of LOL TRAVEL. I booked two plane tickets with this online agency, ensuring that date changes were free, as indicated on their website. However, when I wanted to change my booking, I was asked to pay exorbitant fees of 430 euros!
They are liars and thieves! They do not hesitate to deceive their customers to extort money from them. Do not make the same mistake as me, avoid LOL TRAVEL at all costs if you do not want to be scammed."

We booked a flight thru lol. We were later emailed informing us they had to change our flights and we had to pay in a certain amount for the changes . This change in our flight would cause us to miss our next flights so we requested to cancel and refund. They then stopped responding to emails and no refund. Our bookings cannot be found on the airlines either. Feels like a huge scam.

We made a booking and we changed the date within 24 hours. They said we were going to get it back the money within 7 workdays. We still don't have it back. We are now 20 days later.The communication is vague and not correct. They said a couple of days ago that it was refunfed but NOW 5 days later nothing yet.

I had a really bad experience with this platform. Twice I tried to book a flight at a set price and twice they resetted the process, probably to bump up the price. Ridiculous

In response to their answer below: that is incorrect information and dishonest, as the price does not fluctuate within 10 seconds and twice in a row. You need to look after your customers better.

I have made a reservation for a flight from Osaka to London on 11Feb 2025.
I have received confirmation email with PNR but didn't receive any tickets.

I need my flight ticket

The reservation code given to me through the voucher (I didn't receive flight ticket) does not exist within the flight company. R9X5FZ is the Lol travel booking number. We tired to check in and the airline told us we have no tickets for 07.02 flight and money was taken by LOL travel end of October 2024. I have given all order and reference numbers in the PNR

lol.travel is a scum, after purchasing a ticket, I refused any additional offers, but they still charged me extra 60$

The offer they give has the best price. You complete the reservation and when you last perform the payment giving all Credit cards details, they tell you a new price 10% higher. Unfair.
