Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Great cupcakes

The cupcakes were delicious and wasn’t too sweet. The cinnamon scroll was surprisingly good and had lots of flavour to it so will def be purchasing again!

Last minute vegan Brownie cake

Rang around to secure a vegan cake last minute and was delighted to find the Chocolate Brownie Cake was available at Canary Wharf, they held it for me, helped me sign up to the Rewards App and that meant, I even got money off my order too! Of course I had to get the vegan Raspassionfruit cupcakes (drool) and Red Velvets and the Brownie Cake was so MOIST and Chocolatey and simply yum! Even after freezing a slice and thawing to room temp. Why don't you sell these brownies! ..Actually, don't ;)

The staff are friendly and pay…

The staff are friendly and pay attention to each customer without rushing to make a sale. The cup cakes are always great. I am currently buying the test kitchen products and I like the sponge cakes but improvement required to the raspberry cake as the outer layer is difficult to eat. Almond croissant cookie great and pistachio loaf is good at the discounted price given the size
