Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. I tried the carrot cake energy ball and it was underwhelming. Not sweet enough and crumbly. Needs more dates to sweeten and bind together. Love their cupcakes though!

Been buy Lola’s Cupcakes since you could only get in Selfridges London.
Love this new range found in the test kitchen at Canary Wharf. My favorite is the cinnamon biscuit love the butter cream.
Wish they had something with peanut butter especially in the breakfast range or they brought back their peanut butter cupcakes 🧁. Other than that definitely a winner 🏆

The staff are very rude and not welcoming at all. The lady serving me was rude, took my details wrong and when I asked her if I could check to see if the details were correct she replied as “it doesn’t matter anyways. You have got the receipts on your hand”. I then asked her if that was the case, why did she take my email! She started laughing mockingly in my face. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a cake and cupcakes as it was my son’s birthday.

I am sorry you have been disappointed with your order of the Cookies & Cream cake on this occasion.
This cake is decorated entirely with a buttercream icing which is the sweetest type of icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.
I would recommend our cakes prepared with a cream cheese, mascarpone or ganache icing if your would prefer something a little less sweet in taste.

Friendly staff. A bit confusing at first with the queue and trying to find out how to get a golden ticket. But luckily, I managed to get the last one!
