The you’re getting the tickets you think you are!

The site is easy to use and buy tickets from. However I did not get the seat I selected on the theatre seating plan. The seat number was correct but in a totally different part if the theatre to that shown. The description of grand circle was correct but the seating plan showed the stalls. You’d only know this if you’re aware of the different areas of a theatre.

For Abba Voyage DO NOT USE!!...choose Ticketmaster

For Abba Voyage DO NOT USE!!...choose Ticketmaster instead. My 3 tickets would have been £43.55 cheaper there (administration fee of **£78.00** charged versus £34.45 with Ticketmaster). Also, The Ticketmaster site is better and shows availability more clearly with the seating plans. When I asked why, the response was that they are reselling them with fees. Abba Voyage says re-sales may be void, so feeling very unhappy. Never again.

NOTE THAT THEIR RESPONSE IS MORE THAN ONE YEAR LATER. NO APOLOGY MADE AND NO DENIAL. I did email them before leaving a review to offer opportunity to resolve. Similarly unapologetic.

Hello,

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the reviews left on Truspilot should be taken with caution.

Indeed, mainly unhappy customers relieve themselves on this platform and truspilot uses these reviews to damage the reputation of our company.

This tactic is implemented by trustpilot to force us to subscribe to a subscription of between £250 euros to £700 per month in order to be able to offer all our customers the opportunity to review our services and thus dilute bad reviews and give a better image more representative of the quality of our services.

To have a reliable opinion of the quality of our company, we invite you to go to Feefo, a competing and cheaper platform which lists all the reviews, good or bad, that we receive every day.

All the best,

It was very easy

It was very easy to book a theatre ticket to see Wicked during my brief stay in London. You can see the exact seats and prices to be able to make your decision. I booked my ticket less than 24 hours before the show. My e-ticket was scanned at the front door and I was off to find my seat.

London's fake box office

London box office. Fake firm based at 20A Summerfield ave. NW6 6JU. Booked tickets on line as they have NO phone number so you can,t ring em when you get ripped off. Spent a week trying to get re booking due to train strike on Saturday. Got no where as they don't respond until the last minute then they tell you its too late and within the 48 hrs so can't help you. it;s all b******s just to get your money. If your stupid, a millennial or fragile etc, you stuffed. If you're a proper person then action can be taken., if your that way inclined. Avoid this lot run by 3 french directors who reside in France [allegedly] like the plague. Book with the theatre direct if possible.

Con artists basically

Con artists basically. The Web site is set up to obscure what it is you are paying for, only showing you what you have paid after the event. So what initially looks like a bargain price turns out to be a per ticket price and 30% over theatre price. AVOID.
