This so called company is an absolute disgrace. They call themselves Londoncomfy to fool people that they are based in the uk claiming a 3-5 day delivery service they are actually based in China. I made my order on 5/06/22 and am still waiting for its arrival. A few responses via email in the beginning but nothing now. I’ve emailed them few days ago and no reply. Phone number on the website is fake. Can’t send message or call them either. Please do yourselves a favour and boycott this website.

I have been waiting since may for my order.ive emailed them so many times and keep getting word for word replies.ive sent them an email stating they have broken contract and I want my money back but they are refusing refund until I return order,well I think that's impossible if I haven't received it.i have contacted trading standards about this company.they are a disgrace as supposed to be family run buisness.They are scamming people out of money.im a pensioner and can't afford to lose money. Something really needs to be done about them

Two projectors, ordered from LondonComfy.com on the 1st June, 2022, and paid for via Joorva.com on the 1st June, 2022, had failed to arrive at the delivery address by the 18th of June, their delivery deadline. Repeated refund request messages were met with only irrelevant assurances of imminent delivery of the already cancelled order, and equally irrelevant offers of vouchers. This review site's focus on eliminating customer misuse is ironic, give LondonComfy.com's failure to justify, in any way, its customers' patronage.

I did not want to give them any stars. Trying to get a refund, phone number unobtainable and I keep getting the same automated response to my emails. I am usually so careful, they advertise as a family company. Clearly nothing of the sort, avoid them. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

Why have they not been shut down yet?
All I have is email vouchers for a product that never arrived everytime I complain I get the same email!

Ordered back in June and still haven’t received goods and emails and not been replied too! I have raised a case with my bank and they have refunded my money. Avoid this company like the plague. Say they are London based but read they are based in france and ship everything from China but never turns up. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying. I hope they get shut down

If there was a minus star review that is what I would give I ordered a pair of sandles on 25 th May and have still not received them I have emailed them 8 times and the same reply saying I will recieve them I keep emailing this person who says she’s called Anna Recolin which I do not believe they have stolen my money please do not order from these people they are thieves I don’t want to give up emailing them because that’s what they want I’ve asked for a refund but they just say I will get the sandles I don’t know how to get my money back !!!!

I ordered a pair of training shoes on 25th may. Still not received after 7 weeks although the tracker says delivery between 28th may and 10th June.
When I emailed I just got the same email each time so I presume it's just an automated reply. I will not be using this company again. Far too long to wait for delivery and no useful after service.

Scam company do not order from here I ordered 2 pairs of trainers never received and they do not reply to any of my emails.

Like others who have written reviews I too purchased from then, never recieved the goods and have never got a refund. I have reported them to the Ctitizens Advice and Trading Standards and if you have had a similar experience to me I would urge you to report them too.

Cant give a 0 star. ive been scammed for £39.99. no such company exists now. Initially I received email correspondence to say delays etc like other people -now they cannot be contacted yet are still operating if your stupid enough to purchase. This company needs shutting down and law enforcement getting involved.

This company doesn’t seem to exist. I ordered trainers a month ago as I was lead to believe they based/made in London. Still not received the trainers which cost me £39.99 and confirmed 100% refund if not satisfied. I have sent so many emails and messages but they are not replying now. Wish I had read the reviews first😢

I cannot believe I got scammed!!! I consider myself to be pretty savvy when shopping online and will normally use Trustpilot as my go to place when purchasing on new websites. This site is nothing less than a scam so PLEASE DO NOT purchase anything from them as it will never be delivered. If you have read the other reviews you will see that everyone has had the same experience. Place an order, nothing arrives, contact customer services and get a reply from Anna about industrial action that has now been resolved. Still nothing arrives so contact Anna again and then NO REPLY!!! This practice is all to common unfortunately but I have taken steps to get this website taken down. I have contacted the NCSC national cyber security centre and made a very detailed complaint on how these parasites are scamming us all. I can only hope that hosting sites like Google take immediate action on scammers like this although, I kind of suspect the fees they are being paid is slowing them down. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid like the plague!!!

London Comfy is a proper scam!!! Please do not buy from them and someone should report them! I made a purchase in June 3rd, never received my parcel. At first, Anna wrote to say that they were on strike and that I should receive my parcel within few days. 2 weeks later, they stopped communicating and the phone number on their site doesn’t work.

Awful.. please don’t waste your money or time, total scam.

This is a scam site I've never received my item ,after many false emails an promises still nothing an now no more contact from them , I have reported this site to national cyber security Centre , they will make enquirys an shut it down when they see it's s scam to steal your money no one has ever recieved an item from this scam company ,an your bank will refund you due to false site

I ordered trainers from this place end of May still nothing same email from Anne saying 10£of next order please dont use this site its not a family business its a Chinese scam why I didn't read revues I dont no but lesson learnt when u go on track my order the date dosent move it says dilivery up to 24th June theirs no fuch company called London comfy I hope this helps others not to order from this company ot dosent exist into ring my bank to see if they can help how they keep doing this god nows but they do so please don't use this site its a scam u will get same email every time but your order will not arrive
