Still haven't received something I ordered over a month ago. It was an impulse buy and I wish I had read all of this before hand.

Please do not use this company. I ordered trainers from them in April. I have received two emails from “Anna” saying that my purchase has been delayed (both times offering a discount code as an apology for the delay), which I obviously haven’t used.

Needless to say, I have not received my order. In fact, I was so concerned about the reviews I read about this company thatI cancelled the debit card I’d used to buy the trainers.

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. I can’t understand how they are allowed to continue trading. It is a scam.

I would give this so called British company a -5 if I could!! I’ve been waiting a long time for trainers I ordered which haven’t arrived. I can’t phone them,I can’t track my order it says “ no order” and I keep getting the same email saying it’s on its way it’s left the warehouse!! This is the first time I didn’t look at the reviews before I ordered them and I definitely won’t do that again! It’s a total SCAM and I have realised the company is in France and buying goods from china. I just can’t believe I have been so stupid. Will not happen again. People beware!!

Never again total con my wife ordered some trainers and guess what no trainers she ordered without seeing the reviews been on to the bank was very nice and helpful

This website is a scam I've returned some footwear that I orderd they haven't refunded my money, its been months. Everytime I email them they keep asking fir receipts number which I provided but still nothing.

Ordered £39 leather slip on shoes from Londoncomfy May 6th, on May 12th I received a thanks for your order message, your order has left our warehouse a few days ago, and is now with a delivery company, we will take 30% off the price of your next order with us because of the delay8. May 27th I informed Londoncomfy my order has still not arrived, they replied stating the logistics company had,had an internal industrial strike, but the good news is, its now all settled and my order will soon be with me, again I was told I could have a £10 gift code to compensate for the delay. I heard no more until 2nd week in June telling me my order would arrive June 14th. A parcel arrived not boxed, but in a thinn plastic bag and had no information whatsoever with it, the shoes were 2 sizes smaller than the order I placed, and the overall quality was shockingly poor. The business is a discrace and trading standards should take a very close look at them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

When we wanted to return them famus anna send us a Chinese address 20 paund just for postage which is not going to be refunded is a scamm do not buy

Hi, I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered goods 8th may but they eventually arrived 13th June. Not worth the plastic bag trainers arrived in. I’ve contacted them regarding returns but I would need to cover cost myself. Should I throw good money away in postage as I’ll probably not get a refund from this cheating lying unreliable company . Is it worth the hassle

I payed for 2 bath matts they took the money and 3 months later no product has been delivered and they didn't even respond to emails so as far as I am concerned it's a con job please please don't use them

Thankful that my creditcard company are going to refund me and claim the funds back from this deceitful company. Checkout states 'Express deliver', 3.5 months later item is still pending 'coming from china'. Refused to cancel order. Refused to refund me. Phone number unobtainable. They answer the odd email - slowy - but only to say I have to keep waiting for the order! Disgraceful how they advertise themselves as a family business and british company. All utter lies. Please avoid like the plague.
Update 30/8/22. Having taken the matter through my Creditcard company who agreed I was well within my rights for a refund, the money was refunded a month or so ago and I was thrilled to finally put this matter to bed. Today my Creditcard company have contacted me and advised that London Comfy have challenged this dispute! Absolutely unbelievable. I still haven’t received the item (which I no longer want) which I ordered 6 months ago. What are they disputing? Also, the only phone number they have to contact them STILL doesnt work. London Comfy, please accept responsibility. Your service is the worst I have ever encountered. Please avoid this company at all costs.

This is a SCAM. I ordered from this company. After waiting more than two weeks, I received and email stating the item would arrive soon. However, it never arrived and I had to pull the payment back from my credit card provider.

This is a fraudulent website. They take you money, instantly try to up sell you with discount vouchers and nothing arrives. Having looked at other reviews I am 100% certain this is a 100% scam. DO NOT USE.

If there was an option to leave a minus instead of 1 star I would be. This company has awful customer service they have no contact number and the emails are managed by a rude lady named Anna. I ordered 2 night lights for my son at the beginning of march I spent £50 on these. I waited and weeks went by the tracking wasn't updated at all. Saying would arrive 13th-26th March I have emailed and received a reply stating my items were in transit and would arrive in a couple of days. They didn't so I emailed saying I wanted a full refund. I was told I can have a full refund when I return the items. But the items never arrived. I was presented with a discount code for there website for my next order. (I will not be ordering from these again) my last 4 emails went unanswered. It Is now nearing the end of June and I still haven't received my items I ordered on the 9th March. I emailed again and no reply. My advice is to save your money for a more reputable company one that actually sends out items you pay for. Worst shopping experience and customer service experience AVOID

Like all the other reviewers i wish I'd checked first. I received an email 6 days after placing my order saying there had been problems with the delivery company (a strike) and offering me a discount. Whn i emailed again i was sent a tracking link which said the goods were in transit from China to the UK!! I have been unable to contact them through email, Facebook, WhatsApp and the phone number is not recognised. I contacted my credit card and raised a dispute the credit card company have refunded me and the seller has 45 days to dispute it which I'm guessing they won't. I have also reported London Comfy to trading standards through citizens advice and urge others to do so. Ask your bank or credit card for a charge back from them if under £100. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible - don’t trust this site.
I ordered a razor in March with a 7-10am lead time. It’s now June and it still hasn’t arrived and despite emailing them several times, their responses are ‘please wait 7-10 day for smooth delivery’. Utter codswallop.
You can’t even call them as the contact number on their website is not recognised.
Utter rubbish - stay well clear.

I purchased an item from this company since 23/5/22 and never received it.All that is sent to me is your item has been despatchrd from our warehouse and uptill now never had it.I should have read the reviews before purchasing.They are scammers.Watch out.
