Not a legit company. Ordered trainers and still not received them 8 weeks later, luckily my bank reimbursed my money when I told them they are a scam. I sent numerous emails chasing my order and got the same generic email back numerous times saying the exact same thing and I will receive my order in a few days. Still no where to be seen!

Unable to give zero stars unfortunately.

Ordered a pair of shoes on my mums behalf in May. No sign of same. Contacted by email and "Anna" informed me they had been sent. Unwilling to discuss refund and I doubt the bank will be helpful either.

This is obviously a scam and I have no idea how they continue to operate. Lesson learned. Hopefully people check these reviews out before buying.

I ordered a pair of trainers at the beginning of June and they’ve never arrived. The response to emails is automated they make it look personal by putting the name Anna on there.
Please don’t order from this website they take your money and run nothing but a scam!!!

1 star way to generous. SCAM SITE DANGER. As ever1 else said ordered goods over a month ago by what seemed a genuine British site. Then came promises of deliveries and excuses from Anna. Only when tracking info given did I notice Chinese carrier and the penny dropped. Despite loads of requests for a refund as per terms nothi g. Now not even answering my messages. Should have come here first. How are they allowed to operate?

This fake company is a scam. Money taken for 2 pairs of shoes under reference’BK-NID’ and never delivered. When you chase by email you just get auto replies offering more discount codes. Paid on my card and was really easy to get refunded by bank as this probably a registered scammer. I have also reported to Trading Standards as there must be a way of shutting the website down.

I placed an order over a month ago and it has not arrived. I have sent so many emails chasing delivery and asking for a refund. At first I got responses saying items despatched. Now I do not receive any replies. Complete con, my advice do not go near this company

LondonComfy is a scam. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered with them. I ordered on the 4th June 2022 no delivery, no refund. This company needs to be taken down and legal action needs to be taken against these people as they are taking people's money and getting away with it. The number they provide on WhatsApp doesn't work. I tried emailing several time but the same 'Anna' responded that my order cannot be refunded as its already left the warehouse. Thats a complete lie as I contacted the company in China and they are saying that they never received the order details from the retailer and I need to contact the retailer.

This company is a total scam . I ordered from them weeks ago and still haven’t received my shoes . I’ve had emails from someone called Anna who claims to be customer support but she simply sends out a formatted reply saying they’ve sent my parcel and it’s on its way. So disappointed with them . No shoes , no money back …. keep well away !

Ordered som heated gloves for my sister who had nerve damage in her hands. After 3 months of being lied to by a woman called Anna Recolin and trying to get a refund which I never got from the so called company I went to my card company and I got my money back that way. Avoid at all cost unless you love getting scammed. If you do purchase from here then keep all your correspondence, you'll need it.

I ordered pair of trainers starting of June. They have still not arrived. I have emailed the company several times. They have not responded. I wasn’t expecting my parcel to be shipped from China as the name of the company is completely different. Absolute scam of a company. I don’t even think I’ll get a refund even if I tried. Didn’t want to leave any stars for this company, that are not worth it. Ordered a pair of trainers for my mum, end of May, no goods have arrived, I have emailed this company several times to chase up my order. You just get the same email back everytime from someone called Anna, saying the same thing, ‘sorry for the delay,order will be with me in a few days’, even when I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be sent back to me, I got exactly the same email back that id had previously. It seems like quite a few other customers have all experienced the same issue with this company. I have now reported them to my bank. And their contact number doesn’t work either, it says 24hour WhatsApp and it isn’t

This is a terrible company to order from and their Customer Service is awful. Would neither recommend or order from them ever again. Cleverly disguised as a British Company but items shipped from China. Took forever to arrive despite having asked them to cancel the order. Ignored content of emails sent to them. Goods squashed and damaged on arrival said couldn't refund. Had to raise a case through my bank to get my money back. Awful awful awful experience.

Pretty website and easy to order and attractive prices but apparently this is a scam.
You will never receive your order.
I have placed order on 5th April 2022 and till now i.e. after 90 days they haven't sent the product.

I think i should of read the reviews before buying I think I must be another one getting same message to say trainers are on there way ,should of known better I always use PayPal and this so called company doesn’t use it or I could of put in a dispute .I can’t believe company’s like this can get away with this it’s disgusting
