Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Its been over a month that I had placed an order for a leather computer bag. Everytime I chase the company for a delivery date all I get is that it's left the ware house and will be with you in a few days.the WhatsApp number does not seem to work ad well

I really wish I had done my homework and read the reviews on this site regarding London Comfy! Three months I have been waiting for my item and each time I contacted them I was offered a greater value discount code for a next order! After two months I asked for a refund, surprisingly I have not received an email response to date!

Aweful service. I order a projector for my friend who was expecting a baby. Order placed in 22nd May, baby has already arrived but the projector hasn’t - today is 19th June. They would reply to my emails occasionally offering me discount codes but nothing else. Now the tracker link says order not found. The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work! I have left my number in my email to them asking them to give me a call which they have conveniently ignored. Do not order from here! Think it’s a scam.

They try to make impression that it is a UK shop promising quick deliver and free returns. I was silly to order a pair of trainers. Shipment was delayed, delivery took a month, the trainers were actually posted from China, they were not as described, very poor quality and size was not even close. Since the site promises free returns I asked to return and the response was: "post the trainers to China with tracked mail service and then we will refund". No postage label was provided and all my follow up messages were ignored. If you are thinking to order from them - please don't

Ordered a pair of trainers before I read trustpilot reviews,3 weeks later no trainers.
No reply to Emails and phone number from website not recognised.
London comfy is not comfy at all it’s a total scam website.
I feel foolish for falling for it as now I look closer at website it’s obviously fake.
I will never use another company without checking it out on trustpilot again and advise others to do the same.
Reported to fraud squad today and was told I’m not the first as they had other reports concerning this website.
Don’t go near this scam!

AVOID AVOID AVOID .... I had ordered a pair of trainers several weeks ago, still no sign. Received a response to my email from Anna Recolin sending apologies, confirming they had been delivered and a £10 voucher to use next time.... no thanks. Have asked for refund doubt I will get anything.

Ordered sandals and then too late read reviews that it is probably a scam company. I then asked to cancel but was told goods already shipped - imagine my surprise when a week later I was refunded - no email explaining why but I am relieved anyway.

If you are thinking of a purchase from this company please leave site now as you do not get you goods and they refuse to re fund you as the excuse is the item has been posted. My order was made at the start of March. Please do not buy from this site.

I would encourage anyone to steer clear of this seemingly and apparent bogus company. In addition, the phone number was not recognised.

Omg I can’t even explain how disappointed I am…. I ordered two pairs of trainers way over a month ago and I was supposed to receive them two weeks ago. I have gone to customer service countless times but they keep sending me the same automated message that my order is out for delivery when it’s clearly not. I can’t believe I got scammed… should have come here first to read the reviews.

AN UNKIND SCAM Every single review I have just read reflects my experience. A total con!! Please take them off your site. This is FAKE COMPANY.
When I tried to contact them, I repeatedly got the same generic response, written in very poor English.
When the items finally arrived, MONTHS LATER, the order was incorrect and the 'quality', a term I use lightly, was appalling.
DO NOT order anything from this company.

I cannot find a way to send my goods back, but reading other people's experiences, I don't think it will be worth pursuing this further. That's £60.00 down the drain.

I paid for goods in May 2022 from this company and they took my money and I noticed that it was taken from my bank by a different name. I have contacted them and requesting my money back. Still waiting for a response!
This has taught me a lesson which is to read the reviews from this sight first, otherwise I would not have brought anything from this company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

This is a fake company. They do not deliver your purchased products. They take your money and you will never receive the items you’ve paid for!! They state they are a company from London when in fact all their items are coming from China. Nothing ever arrives and anytime you contact them they either don’t reply, or tell you the same lies that your item is on its way!!! I purchased a diffuser over 2 months ago, it’s still not arrived, I managed to finally get in contact with someone via their Instagram as they were not responding to any of my emails. When I wrote reviews on their Instagram to tell people not to buy, they then blocked me. I’ve reported the company to trading standards

This company is a scam. They took our money (twice) and the items never arrived. They buy themselves time by corresponding with you with a fake customer care agent and then go quiet. Awful experience.

Scumbag company! DO NOT USE!!!! Item still hasnt arrived, non responsive to emails now after a few excuses as to why the item hasnt arrived!
