Wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing from this company! Ordered shoes on 13th May, the money was taken from my account, no good have as yet arrived! The response to my emails has been the same, with the audacity to offer you discount on purchasing further items! Do not give this awful company your hard earned cash!!!

Avoid this company at all costs they are not a London office company and a Chinese company taking your money and not sending your items

Placed an order 13th May, got a confirmation same day followed by a debit from my account on the 16th. I got suspicious with the emails saying the same thing and cancelled my bank card to be on the safe side when the shipping company turned out to be in China. I asked for a refund, got the same as all the other emails, it's on its way, will be with you in a couple of days and here's £10 off your next order. 29th May i opened up a dispute with my bank and today, a few days after the shipping company received it and it started it long haul flight, i received my £39.95 back.

This company is a front for Daviisun Ltd who's owner is Chouaib ZEMMOURI. After waiting 3 weeks for the delivery, which I was told would be with me the next day twice by email but Anna Joyce! I, surprise surprise am still waiting for my two sets of Trekking Walking poles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will be registering my complaint with Trading Standards in the morning as londoncomfy.com have stopped answering my emails.

Orders are shipped from China on purchase. They will try to lure you in with discount codes to buy more whilst apologising for the delays. AVOID!!! God I wish I read the reviews first.

This is a fake company. I don't know why google is advertising this company. I purchased ssd from them and can not get respose from them . Their phone is disconnected.

Ordered trainers, much like many of the reviewers, taken the money, no sign of the trainers. An offer of discounts if you buy more products! Awful service.

Order number 6228. Absolutely shocking service, placed my order on the 4th of April with an EDT of between the 8th & 20th of April. Items still haven't arrived!! 7 emails later and eventually I get a response on the 30th of May with no explanation other than to inform me that I cannot have a refund as my items have been dispatched and will arrive within a few days. 11 days later and still nothing!! They are still ignoring my emails. Dreadful company

Ordered a jacket 9th May. It’s now 9th June. No jacket. Initially the company emailed to say it was on its way (I could have walked the length of the UK quicker than the delivery service ) and offering a discount if I purchased something else…. Yeah right! They just try and get more money without any products. Since the emails I’ve been ignored… no email reply and no what’s app reply. Appalling. I will be reporting to trading standards and claiming back via Bank or small claims court. What a stressful situation for simply ordering a jacket.

Terrible. Their website indicates they're British Family Business and they have a returns policy. Ordered trainers, took weeks to arrive, dreadful quality. Emailed to arrange return as per their 30 day money back guarantee policy. Was told the warehouse in the UK is not yet ready so I have to return by tracked post to address in China at my own expense. Have been advised this is a breach of Consumer Rights Regs. Have reported as well. Will see how it goes getting my money back.

Ordered a pair of trainers weeks ago still not received them contacted them numerous time’s to receive the same generic email telling me they will arrive in a few days. I’ve reported this company to the police because of all these similar bad reviews of what I would call fraudulent behaviour.

No item, no communication, nothing. Happily pocketed my money though. Total scam. My item has been in transit from China according to the tracking for a month.

I ordered a 4TB SSD and sent lots of followup emails because it was taking so long but after a month it arrived. It had been shipped from China and a good price so worth waiting for. They are over optomistic with delivery times but great now it has arrived.

This is a fraudulent company. They will promise to deliver the goods you order from them in a few days. LondonComfy then order and ship your goods from China, probably taking around 6 weeks. When they do arrive they are so sub-standard they are not fit for purpose. They then give you a returns address which the post office have advised is fraudulent, basically you return the goods and eventually they come back to you because the address can't be found around 3 months later. DO NOT TOUCH this company, I have reported to trading standards.

Do not buy from this website. Total scam!

This is absolutely SCAM!!!! Beware!

I've ordered a Car GPS from there. They send me a simple emails without company tags and so on. I've ordered my item on 24/05/2022 and still waiting. There was a communication with "support" in the beginning, but after that they just gone. As I can see from the reviews here I'm not the only one, but I will do my best to report that to the right people and places. cyber criminals!....
