Ordered trainers 4 wks ago, still haven't arrived, going round in circles, was offered codes and discounts to lose more money, definitely reporting this company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Have paid for some trainers on the 19th May have still not received them. Beware think this is not a true Company and are taking money under false pretenses

This is a bad company to buy from.
Waited 6-7 weeks for a humidifier to arrive and it arrived broken.

Sent it back today as I refuse to let them get away with this kind of stuff.

Hopefully i will receive a full refund.

Same as other customers ordered shoes 22.5.22 no sign so hopefully will get the site removed from google

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Been waiting weeks for a pair of shoes. Initially got some response offering further discount as compensation for long wait. But now no replies to my emails and the number is invalid. Am fuming.

This is a SCAM COMPANY and their desperate attempt to make it out like they are legit with that one FAKE 'Az' review!! TrustPilot - people are not just posting on here for the fun of it. This is a fraudulent company so you have an OBLIGATION to ensure these kind of reviews remain for the best interest of UK consumers. They should be shut down and individuals prosecuted. Simple as that. Make sure you are all getting your money back via consumer protection rights/ procedures.

Believe it or not, my item eventually arrived in good order.

Wouldn’t necessarily recommend this company but thought I’d just put it out there that against all the odds my item arrived.

So there is still hope for those who are waiting. I’m assuming the goods come from China hence the long wait.

I paid £49.99 for a pair of cycling shoes, on 14th May. It's now the 3rd of June and they have not been delivered. I have seen no sign of the management: 1 Investigating what had gone wrong 2 Solving the problem. I suspect I am going to have a big battle recovering my money. well got the shoes after 1 month from ordering ( im 1 of the lucky 1s lol ) . paid £39.99 and they came in a plastic bag with chinese writing on it and they look and feel like a pair of £3.99 shoes . CHEAP ALLOVER . this has been a shocking experiance and lesson learnt. NEVER TRUST WEBSITES YOU DONT NO , even if it looks a good deal . LONDONCOMFY need reporting , just middle men taking your payment then ordering from china . they dont tell you this on their website and delivery is 1 month if youre lucky ( some people arnt ) not dispatched in 24hrs thats rubbish..it dosent allow you to review feedback or comments on their website for public to see , I WONDER WHY . stay clear of cheap london comfy

Waited 2 weeks for a projector, gave me a bunch of codes so they could try and steal more of my money. They responded once to my email. Scam

Please do not use this company I have still not received the goods I ordered and judging by all the reviews I have been scammed. Will report to my bank and trading standards

Order on 4th May 2022. still waiting for delivery, nothing happens. Have email 4 times saying repeat on the way from Warehouse to post it. They refused refund it so beware this company is flake, not trust Londoncomfy

AVOID ordered shoes on 9th april still not arrived.

Just initiated a claim with my bank to recover payment. As soon as you start chasing up item after waiting a couple of weeks (despite fast shipping advertised) emails are ignored. Nothing happens if you try to go online refund request, and helpline number doesn’t work. I will also be reporting this company for their failure to provide goods despite taking payment as all these reviews show, London Comfy is either completely incompetent or fraudulent. The fact Trustpilot have found they’ve heavily used fake reviews to build a good profile, I’d lean towards the dishonest option.

This is a middle person company. We ordered our Home shower mat on 24/4/22 we started getting e mails there was a strike at delivery company. Most e mails were templates and when communications were sent to them answered with a generic e mail back? After 4 weeks the product arrived from China and was the wrong colour putting claim in with credit card total waste of time as a company.

My mum has ordered a pair of trainers on 30th April . Still no sigh s of the shoes . She has sent numerous emails with no joy whatsoever . They cost her £39.99 . She now want her money back and is in the middle of contacting her bank over this .

It should be a zero star review. I placed an safety trainer order with the "London" based company. The product when tracked came from China, I asked them to stop the shipment before it left the warehouse, it arrived about 3 weeks later and is wrong size. Tried to return it, they told me I had to send it back to China for a refund. I feel a fool. The number on website is false, this site should be shut down immediately.
