How this company can be allowed to trade I do not know. Ordered some trainers which have never arrived, lots of emails which at first were replied to by "Anna the BOT!!". The contact number for customer service doesn't exist. I have raised a claim with my credit card company.

Usually I read reviews online 100 times before dealing with any such low priced item sellers. But very unfortunately, I trusted this as an English Family Business as they advertised. If they are really operating based in UK, please lock them.

I placed an order for trainers and received a confirmation text on 6th May. I am still waiting! I have sent two e mails with no reply and the contact telephone number does not exist!
I really wish I had read reviews before ordering. £40 down the drain!

Update 30/05 I received a reply to my e mail saying shoes were on the way and a tracking link. I entered my order number in the tracking link and it said order does not exist.
My bank have refunded the full amount. Thank you Santander.
Like all the other reviewers, I thought I was dealing with a family run London business. Lesson learnt for me.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I ordered some trainers. Ordered 3/5/22. Emails were friendly Saying they were being dispatched and offering me 30% off anything else to be shipped at the same time. Then a week or so later with excuses as to why they haven’t been delivered yet and as an apology offering more discount on future orders (!) Still waiting. I was told they would be here by 20th but they weren’t! had to go buy some trainers. Sent 2 emails to cancel order and request refund and guess what no reply! I paid with PayPal so will be reporting to them so should get my money back, but lesson learnt here - read reviews before placing an order with an unknown company!

I placed my order on the 30/03/22. Nothing arrived so I emailed them to enquire when I could expect delivery? I was advised my order should be with me within the next week. When nothing arrived I emailed them again and was given the same answer. It was then I became suspicious and decided to check them out on Trustpilot. I immediately initiated a charge back with my bank who were very understanding.

It is obvious to me that this company has a history of scamming people out of their money. How they are allowed to carry on trading is beyond me? I would urge anybody thinking of buying something from them to think twice as the chances of you getting your order are slim to none.

Do not use this company. They take your money and do not send the item you paid for. The telephone number they show does not exist and they do not answer emails.

I ordered some shoes on 8th May, it said dispatch time is 24 hours. I have sent many emails, texts and whatsapp messages, asking where my shoes are. I am no longer getting a response.
UPDATE - today is 8th June. Have had to contact Mastercard for a refund as no shoes have arrived and emails/texts/whatsapp messages are all being ignored.

Ordered some gloves 5 weeks ago. Nothing delivered, no reply to emails, their contact phone number doesn’t exist. They’ve taken my money. Don’t buy from this company. I’ve reported them to my bank and Visa as fraudulent.

Order placed 9th March and payment taken. I have emailed them many times, always receiving the standard sort of reply: 'nothing to do with us...the goods are in transit...can't offer a refund'

DO NOT BUY from this company , because of the name you automatically think this is a British based company, it’s not it’s in China!!!
Ordered trainers that took weeks to come , no confirmation email of order no returns label or invoice when they did arrive and they are appalling quality And after emailing to return got sent an address in China that I have to pay to return to ,wish I had looked on trustpilot before I bought!
Think I’ll just donate to charity and write off !!

Dreadful service the same automated message about late delivery. I have requested a refund but have had the same message over & over again about my goods leaving the warehouse & on route! I ordered at the beginning of May & still the shoes I ordered have not arrived! will never order from them again

Do not buy from this company, I am still awaiting delivery for my order made almost a month ago, disgraceful service.

Why the heck I did not check trust pilot’s reviews before ordering. Worst worst worst company and customer care is all automated emails. Ripped off and I haven’t received my item yet.

They have taken money for trainers I ordered on the 30th April it is now 23rd May, I have had about 7 emails that I think is automated and am now going to complain to my bank, I don't know if this company is a scam so going to try and put it out everywhere.

FINALLY FOUND TRAINERS....FAKE CHINESE RUBBISH !!...ON EBAY FOR £5.....Further update ! Been advised delivered and left in porch, I don't have a porch and was out of country..... hopefully I'll do successful claim with bank. Have also lodged complaint with Evri ( previously Hermes ) should never have been left in communal area.

Trainers arrived late, they are very poor quality, worrying smell of glue and plastic. Returns "label" is an address pasted into an email in China. Do not waste your money with this company. They should not be able to trade at all, dreadful!

I ordered trainers, ref 5494, on March 9th, I have sent at least twelve emails and get the same standard reply. My trainers as of 23rd May have still not arrived. Anna Recoulin never answers my queries. I spent £49.99. I want a refund as the trainer's have never arrived!

Absolutely done up like a kipper seen the reviews too late ordered safety trainers going on three months ago ,never arrived and won't after seeing these reviews,wish somehow we could infeltrate these scammers
