John came very quick and got me in in seconds

Reliable and efficient locksmith service. They arrived quickly, solved the issue without any hassle, and were very professional throughout. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. Highly recommended!

He was great fast and did me a solid great guy aswell

John came here and in 2 seconds did a quick job unlocking my door. He is very skilled and an excellent professional. I was really impressed by his professional skills. 10 out of 10.

SCAMMERS! Broke the lock on purpose to and pulled out a screw to make me think the repair had to be more expensive! Told him to go away and all I had to do was pull the screw back and the door opened immediately. There are loads of more honest services in London!

Live in E17, got locked out of my flat pretty late at night - Christian was here within 15 minutes and was very fast fixing the door. Cost was exactly what they said it would be (£75 + VAT). Whole thing done with 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend and use them again.

Got quoted £79 initially, guy got here and said as it’s a high security lock it would be £222. What he didn’t tell me until after he’d broken the lock was that the whole thing would need to be completely replaced and quoted me an additional almost £700 (so almost £1000 all in)

I called up the company that makes the lock (should have done this in the first place) who told me that not only did he rip me off to open the door and they might have been able to open it without damaging it, but only one part needed to be replaced which could be done for £250, and all in would have cost about £450 max.

*update - got told by second locksmith that he could have just gone through the letterbox without breaking the lock

I had an issue with the lock which they had fitted. They sent someone, John, immediately, 30 minutes after I reported the issue. John was very apologetic, saw the problem immediately and he fitted a completely new lock. This shows them to be a trustworthy company, that when things go wrong, which sometimes they do, they reacted immediately and set it right.

Călin was prompt and professional. Took him no time at all to get finished what we needed and was tidy and polite. Happy with the service.

SCAM - STAY AWAY! Quoted £75, charged £853.20 for what should've been a simple door opening. The locksmith drilled through our lock so he could then charge more. The lock did not need drilling through, they just did that so they could charge us 11 times more.

No customer service phone, they use a call centre dispatch who are trained to assure you the fee is just £75.

John is thoughtful and understanding. My aunt and I were locked out of her home and he arrived quickly. We were really grateful as it was pouring with rain.
He also helped installing a lockbox. John communicates well and carries out the work to a high standard.

John was amazing. Arrived incredibly promptly, was very friendly, made the costs of everything clear, got the job done quickly and did it very well.

Total Con Artist
Drilled out a lock for no reason
Charged me £1500 - yep £1500
Avoid At All Costs

Scam, run away from them

I really received a perfect service. The person who came to my home arrived earlier than expected and the service was great and quick. He also explained how use the lock and advised me to do some changes. In general he was very polite. I asked his name John Raul . Thank you for your service.

Super friendly and quick call out, helped explain what issue was and allowed photos to send to landlord

You hear stories horror about locksmiths ripping you off…Not John. My daughter used wood to try and unlock the door after forgetting her keys. This man was not only a professional but showed care, professionalism and care in ensuring it was fixed, and affordable for me as a struggling single mother. I could never be so thankful. He fixed the lock, checked all the keys worked after, gave good advice moving forward, and was patient with me and my woes. Thank you so much John!!!!

The guy was very good .
Good adviser and very good nature

So kind, helpful and fast.
