he was very helpful, considerate and professional each time. I felt very
comfortable explaining my situations with him, since it has been quite a while since I have made flight reservations. Raymond was very patient,
understanding and helped guide me through the process so I was able to

The service representative was helpful and patient. Andas found me an even better flight and explained the economy basic service thoroughly.

I, too, just had an unacceptable experience with this company. I used them to book a work flight and just called their 800# to speak to a sales/customer service person. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. He cut me off multiple times and kept repeating that "I did not understand" and was not able to fully answer my question. When I then asked to speak to his supervisor, I was put on hold... only to be told that everyone was "too busy" to help me and there was no one available. I strongly suggest using another resource when booking flights for travel. These folks were a 0 on a 1-10 scale today.

No one should trust this company. I needed to change my reservation and was told by a member of their staff my new itinerary. I was told that I would receive confirmation within a few hours. I did not receive a confirmation and so I called the next day. I was told that there was no new reservation. There was no phone call or email to inform me. I spoke to the employee's supervisor who told me that he was not responsible for his employee's actions! This is the lowest level of business that I have ever been involved with. Shame on you!

This place is AMAZING!!! I have never had such an easy booking experience and was super impressed with that. BUT, then had an issue and their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced! Top notch!!

Your service charges are beyond belief, my trip will cost me twice as much as it should. I had trouble making a change , your online site does not respond on the chat. Once I did get a representative on the telephone, it took far to long to find out how much the change was going to cost and even then it was not the correct amount that ended up being charged to my credit card. I will be very careful not to use anything to book but directly with the airline in the future..

Lenny White was so accommodating in accepting my special request for particular seating on a flight where I had not been offered seating on initial purchase of the ticket. He sought approval by his manager which took some time and patience, he was eager to accommodate my request for my special needs. I appreciated his excellent service today.

Don't let the canned responses from lookupfare fool you. This co. should be bought to the attention of law enforcement. I do not believe any review with more than 1 star. DO NOT USE LOOKUPFARE. THEY ARE A GREEDY SCAM

So after my last review, someone sent me an email....once again telling me I need to prove the true costs of what I had incurred and how they differed from the prices that were charged by LookUpFare. REALLY! A) I went on the Air Canada website to book flights like I have always done directly with the Airline. I had no realization I was dealing with an American company when somehow I was re directed. B) And LookUpFare does not know that their car rental agreements and pre payment is not accepted by Discount Car Rentals. So tired of the Lies. C) LookUpFare will always get a pass, because people do not post reviews until they have been scammed by this company. So most people would never look at the reviews of this company prior to dealing with them. D) Why do I have to prove the price when I already talked to them about the true price, when I already told them how much my "car rental" charges were, and how much the bank charges for the "money order" were.
Just beware......make sure if you want to deal with an airline, that you are not re directed to this company. If you are redirected, call the airline, or email them and tell them about pop ups on their website.
SOMETIMES we learn expensive lessons in life. This has been one for me, never to be repeated.
Also, when you read the reviews of this company, do not believe the ones saying how wonderful this company is...as you will notice they are a short, first names only, and no profile picture. They do not go into detail as to how wonderful their experience with this company has been, just that they had great service etc. I believe these are planted by the company to offset the bad reviews, which detail in length the poor and expensive experiences people have had with this company. When I read reviews on review websites of other companies and experiences, most people will say WHY they had such a good experience with a company, a hotel, an airline, a tour group etc. So be aware....this company takes your money at inflated prices, when you protest, they have a script they follow, and ultimately one gives up and this company counts on the inability of the "little" person to follow through.

THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF YOU CALL AND TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP YOU WILL GET ONE STORY AND IF YOU TALK TO THEIR SUPERVISOR YOU GET ANOTHER STORY AND THEIR STORY DOES NOT MATCH WHAT WEB SITE SAYS … IN THE END THEY BLAME THE AIRLINE - SO THEIR CUSTOMERE SERVICE GAME IS PASS THE BUCK.

Rouge is THE role model of a stellar reservation agent and representative of United Airlines!! He demonstrated diligent and invested customer service in a very complicated situation. Rogue should get a promotion and huge raise!! Thank you Rogue.
