My problems started when they sent the…
My problems started when they sent the wrong item. I ordered the Met Rivale helmet, but they sent a far more expensive aero helmet, the Met Trenta. I did the right thing by contacting them to inform them. Problem 1, they weren't precise about what to photograph for them, so that took a few days. Problem 2, to return an item, it's basically an export out of the non-EU UK to the EU. Which involves filling out several customs forms and visiting a UPS office. Problem 3: Their instructions differed from the forms instructions, in terms of how many copies of which forms you have to attach where. Problem 4: They told me the package was stuck in customs and I had filled out the form incorrectly, but hadn't provided specific guidance on exactly what to say. Problem 5: They lied about it being stuck. They had not paid the fee. I discovered their lie by visiting the UPS office and reviewing the details. Problem 6: The issue took three weeks to resolve. While they eventually refunded me, I had to chase each and every action. They were completely reactive, and while they apologized, they did not take any responsibility. For example, "Dear customer, thank you for your reply.
You filled the form incorrectly and therefore the package is now stopped in customs.
The form had to be filled with the information of the product you received.
All information was present on the product package."
I mean, what???!!! I put down the correct (incorrect item), so they are again misleading me. And then to put it like that??
So in conclusion, given that they have accidently sent the wrong item, and mislead, delay, and gaslight you at every opportunity, I will never again be able to order from them. I urge you, in the UK, to boycott this company until they can improve their customer service and QC processes.
Note that I do not blame them to sending the wrong product. People make mistakes, I make more mistakes than anybody else. But to hang me out to dry like this, and not offer even a token of remorse speaks volumes.

Nothing but praise
Nothing but praise. Cheaper to buy abroad than in the UK. All the top brands at great prices and even with delivery it is better value
My first order from Lordgun…
I placed my first order from Lordgun recently. I’m in the U.S. and was concerned about the shipping charges and how long it would take to receive my package, but because the prices were so good I decided to order anyway. The shipping charges ended up being very fair and the package arrived at my door in only 3 days! Fantastic selection, excellent prices and great service! I definitely give Lordgun 5 stars and will be ordering from them again soon!
Good reliable service
Parts arrived on time and sooner than promised- no issues with delivery and the tyres I ordered were very competitively priced .

I had a quite good service from Lord Gun but what I wasn’t prepared for is the huge increase in price for a parcel I had delivered. £100, apparently this is due to custom charges. Some indication of this could be presented at checkout instead of a misleading invoice, stating the price is cheaper. It seems funny that a complete bike coming from another EU country doesn’t incur any custom charges yet a battery does?! Beware. I was also refused a return!

Watch Out for Extra Charges from the EU
Ordered from the UK without realising the item would incur significant customs charges on arrival. Although Lordgun technically displays a message during checkout, the implications aren’t made clear enough - especially given the post-Brexit changes.
Judging by other reviews, I’m far from the only UK customer caught out. Support was unhelpful and pointed to the small print rather than acknowledging any fault. I reluctantly paid the charges, but I wouldn’t order from them again.

Found the seat post at a great price
Found the seat post at a great price, fully aware of UK import duties to pay. Updating the information was trouble free, with updates to tracking from Italy into the UK. Once through UK customs, delivery was quick. Have not fitted the new drop post yet, tested and works brill, as to replace the the original given my style of riding. Recommend the company, but you must be prepared and be patient that duties are paid for items over £135.00 sterling, prior to release and sending on, Parcel Force charge £12.00 for this pleasure, as acting on behalf of HMRC.
P.s. Date I received was in June, actual date?
As this was coming from Italy
As this was coming from Italy, it was fairly swift and easy to order.
Good product and a good price.
Ordered a new SRAM Derailleure
Ordered a new SRAM Derailleure; good price, fast delivery! Would definitely order from again!
They may tempt you but a low price but…
They may tempt you but a low price but be warned. I ordered two identical tyres and they sent me two different tyres, it took over a week and daily emails until they accepted it was there mistake and then another two weeks to get a resolution. They needed customs forms printing and receipt printing and other documents but I don’t have a printer and they had to be printed. It was the worst support I have ever received and I will never use them again. If they had sent the correct tyres all would of been good BUT if you have an issue be prepared to give up a whole load of your time and stress

No possible return process
I have a faulty Shimano pedal, which is defect within the warranty period. I try to find the return policy but no chance you can find the “request return” button or contact with the customer service
All I can do is reach out to Shimano. Let’s hope this will work

Fulcrum HG 11 Hub 17mm axle
Ordered part, per description hub was compatible. In fact it was incompatible. Sent photos of fit, sent photos of emails from Fulcrum that stated incompatible. All Lordgun would say is part is compatible… despite photos and email from Fulcrum. Also would not change website description so you’re warned. Not all Fulcrum 17mm axles use same hub.
UPDATE - note logic of reply ignores issue as described - freehub is stated compatible with numerous 17mm axles/hubs, it was incompatible with 17mm Wind 55 - so if other customers bought for different 17mm hubs then could be compatible and no basis to complain. Email from Fulcrum shared with LG explained compatibility and identified specific (different) hub compatible with 17mm Wind axle but was willfully ignored.
Return was past 30 days, took some time to figure out (and if was as described not a product that would have issues).

Cheapest price I could find for…
Cheapest price I could find for product, I was also surprised with the speed of delivery, very happy customer thank you Lordgun 😀
Worked well
Worked well. Got a pair of tubeless tyres at a very reasonable price, even with delivery added. Arrived within 2-3 days too
High UPS brokerage fees
While the prices are good, shipping experience is terrible: first you pay UPS, then you pay UPS again.

Reliable Italian seller
Reliable seller, good price. Many customers complained about custom charges for import from Italy (Isn't Brexit great?). However everything is explained very clearly on the website, if you read the information.
Ordered a £400 dropper post in April
Ordered a £400 dropper post in April. It was the wrong size. I contacted Lordgun who advised to return the dropper seat for a refund.
I was advised to put the cost of the item at £20 to avoid import costs. Thought this was a bit strange but did as they directed me to do.
The postage was £35. The post office queried why would want to pay £35 to return a £20 part but I advised it was a specialist part.
Apparently the package is held up at Italian customs.
Lordgun advise they have not had any communication from them. I spoke to the Royal Mail who directed me to Parcelforce which directed me to what I assume is Italian customs.
No response.
Customer service not very helpful or polite.
I also got hit up with the £85 import costs from UPS upon delivery. Whilst it is stated in small bird seed it’s far too easy to miss. Feels like I’ve been misguided and looking at the reviews I am not the only one.
I will advise as many people as possible to avoid Lordgun.
Shocking and very costly experience.
