Five star service. Super fast delivery from Europe. Super low prices. Great customer service. In the years I’ve been a customer, I’ve never had one issue.

If I could give 0 I would. I have never, ever experienced such a bad experience with any online purchase I have ever made.

Originally I purchased this item which was advertised with a different saddles pictures. As per my surprise when I received it I requested the item to be returned since what they ve sent was not the item I purchased. That process had already taken several days to be resolved.
They asked me to return per the Ups return label they have sent me and that I will receive my refund after they collect the item.

One month has gone by and after having to contact them over 15 times the saddle is still trying to reach their warehouse and they don't pay to receive it. They kept on replying back to me "rest assured we ll take of the delivery". Still my item is stuck somewhere in Italy and still I have not received my refund for their mistake yet.

The return started on the 17th of July and today is the 16th of August.

When item finally arrived after it was late being delivered, I fitted the item and found to be faulty. I filled out the online return form and provided pictures of the faulty item they rejected my return request, so now I've paid for an item I can't use.
Overall delivery, product quality and customer support is very poor.

I have used Lordgun 3 times now in the last 6-9 months. If I want something fast, delivery gets here faster than any retailers in the UK, even if you pay for next day delivery, as they don't necessarily despatch the same day. All 3 orders so far have been delivered within 24 hours of order. Prices plus fast shipping is generally cheaper on many products than I can buy in the UK. Lordgun have always despatched (if ordered before midday) within a couple of hours. If you are a UK resident, as long as your order is less than £135 you should have no duty charges.
I have nothing but praise for Lordgun and the speed of their service. I have never had to return anything yet, so cannot comment on their returns service. I will definitely be using them again

I ordered a pair of Pirelli gravel tyres.
They were dispatched and received very quickly.
Also a lot cheaper than the other online sellers.
Will defo order again.

Price is good but delivery experience terrible and I wouldn't purchase from Lordgun again. I paid extra for expedited delivery but wasn't sent delivery tracking details so only received the package a month later when I chased Lordgun up for details... very poor! They wouldn't then refund the extra I paid for fast shipping which was disappointing.

Update: Lordgun have told me that they did send me the shipping details but they weren't able to provide any evidence of this, and I couldn't find any emails from them even after a thorough search of my inbox & junk mail. Still no refund for the extra I paid for fast shipping.

I bought an Ortlieb rear rack for my wife's bike. It was cheaper than anywhere else, had no postage charge, arrived fairly quickly and had no import duty.
I didn't realise when I ordered that this was an Italian company.
A good experience overall.

Scored a great deal on cycling shoes with fast shipping. Product matched the description perfectly. Paid customs fees due to UK import rules after Brexit, not the seller’s fault. Lordgun’s honesty and service were top-notch.

Ordered a set of GP5000s. Shipping was in line with the estimates given and the products were perfect, would be happy to buy again.

Bought a bike helmet here, but unbeknown to me it shipped from Italy. This wasn't clear at purchase as the website looks very very UK based. It didn't fit and I had to ship it back to Italy at my own cost for a refund. So basically beware buying from here based on your location.

Avoid, they are scam, they charged my credit card, and ask me to pay again through PayPal.

I found a really good price for me but returned it as a tax are too high on delivery not their fault but it’s taken over six weeks and I still haven’t had the money paid back into my account. I have contacted them many times and they say they are waiting for the amount that the shipping would charge, but that’s not my problem, but I’m still waiting.

Ordered a new gp5000s tyre and castelli gilet as best price found, delivery was good and kept updated throughout

Got what I wanted reasonably quickly and at a good price.

Fantastic!!! Ordered a hard to come by expensive exclusive component at a great price at the weekend. Great communication and notifications from the company. Got notification from UPS on my phone for the Duty. Paid it simply, and the component was delivered Wednesday morning to Scotland. Superb! Quicker than ordering in the UK. I highly recommend Lordgun.

I read about the orders being send from Italy but I received to pay taxes and fees from the UK? I ordered an inner chainring (€170) and had to pay €140 of fees and taxes?! I tried to contact them a lot of times but no response back. I had an other order I tried to cancel because I don’t want to pay for taxes again but again no response. This website is crap.

NEVER USE LORDGUN from the UK
They charge too much for import fees and transport.
I ordered something that THEY admitted to describing incorrectly on their webpage. It was useless to me so I returned it. They only refunded the item cost, not any of the import and transport fees and not my cost to return the item. I am out of pocket for something that is entirely Lordgun's fault.
I will never buy from them again.

Item was ordered from the uk. Prior to delivery the courier notified me that import taxes were due.

There was no mention of this when purchasing the item on the Lordgun website.

I complained to Lordgun about this and they said “it’s in the terms and conditions” which was of course true - but no one clicks and reads the pages and pages of terms land conditions.

Other EU websites sell items to the UK and proudly proclaim that they will cover all duties liable.

I won’t use Lordgun again.

I order from them at least 3-4 times per year, delivery to the uk is usually about 7 days using the cheapest delivery method.
Just make sure you don’t go over the uk customs limit, which INCLUDES postage!
Never had a problem, cheers!! Very competitive and they often have tyres that are OOS in the UK
