i received a damaged bike grips and Lordgun insisted that they left them in a perfect condition. its shouldn't be my concern if they left Lordgun damaged or during shipping. their refusal to take responsibility is the worst service i expected. if this is how they handle 30usd i can imagine their responsibility for more expensive ones - I won't buy there anymore

Reasonable prices, quality products and prompt delivery.

I have been buying from Lordgun for around 6 years. They have good items at fair prices. I have never had any negative experience with their service. Items have arrived on time and as described.
I hope to buy from them in the future. It's a shame that UK left Europe.

I've ordered with them in May 12. No order arrived ,no one replies !!! Is crazy , very bad shop

Item ordered in good faith, never arrived and they refused to accept any responsibility or issue a refund. Well and truly scammed. Not worth the risk for a few £ saving.

However this is their opportunity to redeem themselves with excellent customer service. I wonder what they’ll do???

Wicked fast service & just what I wanted. Even dealt with how difficult delivery is from outside the EU really well. Your always going to get hit by import duties but you factor that in. Never had a problem with them & will use them again.

I have used Lord Gun on several occasions to buy Selle SMP saddles that I couldn’t find in the UK. Their prices are always very competitive, and their service can’t be faulted. Happy customer who will continue to use their services.

I bought the wrong battery model for my bike – my fault. But returning it has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve lost over £300 in customs and VAT charges, just to send back a €450 item. These costs are non-refundable to the customer and Lordgun sales were taking no part into helping, and the process to even understand them has been painfully slow and unclear. I still don’t know the full customs cost on the inbound leg i can reclaim, and I’ve been told I can’t claim anything back from the Italian side. Honestly, I’d have been better off reselling it on eBay. I don’t understand why Lordgun markets to the UK without warning customers about the ridiculous return costs. I followed the return policy and still got burned. It makes no sense and has left the worst experience. Lordgun should be responsible for import and export, include in price and reclaim themselves. Lordgun should be banned from selling in UK

Used Lordgun a few times now. Usually the cheapest out there and everything always arrives on or before the date predicted for delivery. And love the free sticker that often comes in the parcels

The item ordered, just a headset, arrived very quickly and considering that it shipped from Italy was even more remarkable. I would definitely shop with them again.

Bought a Bell full face helmet, it was cheaper than anywhere else including delivery. As it was just under £135 there was no import duty to pay. Got recommended this site from a friend who did pay import duty as his item was over £500. It still worked out cheaper than anywhere else. Highly recommend

I have purchased from Lordgun a couple times now as the items I wanted could either not be found at any UK retailer or the savings was that significant!

Each time the transaction was smooth and very quick, I used expedited service each time, and got my items very quickly! As others have mentioned, this is an Italian company, so beware of how much you spend in one transaction else you will end up paying import duties. You can easily look this figure up on the UK Government homepage, currently this figure is £135.

Honestly, not sure why this company doesnt have a higher rating, I think people are being to critical sometimes, I will definitely continue to buy from them in the future.

If I could give 0 I would. I have never, ever experienced such a bad experience with any online purchase I have ever made.

Originally I purchased this item which was advertised with a different saddles pictures. As per my surprise when I received it I requested the item to be returned since what they ve sent was not the item I purchased. That process had already taken several days to be resolved.
They asked me to return per the Ups return label they have sent me and that I will receive my refund after they collect the item.

One month has gone by and after having to contact them over 15 times the saddle is still trying to reach their warehouse and they don't pay to receive it. They kept on replying back to me "rest assured we ll take of the delivery". Still my item is stuck somewhere in Italy and still I have not received my refund for their mistake yet.

The return started on the 17th of July and today is the 16th of August.

When item finally arrived after it was late being delivered, I fitted the item and found to be faulty. I filled out the online return form and provided pictures of the faulty item they rejected my return request, so now I've paid for an item I can't use.
Overall delivery, product quality and customer support is very poor.

I have used Lordgun 3 times now in the last 6-9 months. If I want something fast, delivery gets here faster than any retailers in the UK, even if you pay for next day delivery, as they don't necessarily despatch the same day. All 3 orders so far have been delivered within 24 hours of order. Prices plus fast shipping is generally cheaper on many products than I can buy in the UK. Lordgun have always despatched (if ordered before midday) within a couple of hours. If you are a UK resident, as long as your order is less than £135 you should have no duty charges.
I have nothing but praise for Lordgun and the speed of their service. I have never had to return anything yet, so cannot comment on their returns service. I will definitely be using them again
