Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
Would never recommend them.
I ordered a visor with them and a backpack and not only did i have to pay another £55 for custom fees for delivery, the visor wasn’t even in the delivery.
So i paid over £250 for an order for something I never received and only got the £11 backpack.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Wasn’t made aware at any point that I would have to pay another £50 odd for it coming from Europe.
Emailed the company for a full refund and waiting to hear back from them.

Good price and prompt delivery

Good price and prompt delivery. It was especially assuring to know that Louis-Motorrad would cover any UK customs fees should they be imposed!
Best price I could find for the bike mover trolley and it has certainly made it easier to move my BMW 1200 RT around the garage!

Highly recommend

I had reservations about purchasing from a company in Europe after brexit because of hidden fees etc, especially having fallen victim of this in the past. I need not have worried. The Louis Motorrad website is transparent and most importantly the time from order to delivery was extremely fast, similar to if I had purchased within the UK. Highly recommended! Well done to Louis Motorrad.

Very happy

I bought from Louis Moto and was very impressed. They kept me 100% informed at all times on the progress of my order.
The only issue was one caused not by the supplier but with the British Postal Service who stalled the delivery by more than four days

Very Poor Service

The packaging was not good enough for the weight of the products, the plastic case was broken and no longer really usable. I was offered a 10 euro discount, I decided to return the product. When I received the email with the link for returning the good I was in shock, the amount of paperwork I was expected to complete was not acceptable. I was left with no other choice but to accept the damaged goods, I will never use you company again,

They were the only company still selling the correct visor for my old Nolan helmet.
It was dispatched promptly and arrived in good order.
