I would have loved anything as an engagement ring, but it’s definitely an added bonus that I have been getting nonstop compliments about the ring since it’s been on my hand. I love how the setting is decorative without being gaudy, delicate without feeling fragile. Overall, extremely pleased with the ring I received!

Ordered online and was delivered on time as promised. Transaction was smooth. I only wish that the presentation box was more elegant, worthy of the diamond that it's carrying. Besides that, ring and the rock was very satisfactory!

I made my first purchase on LovBe and am very happy with my experience! I got the .67 TCW diamond studs in yellow gold. These studs are bigger than I had expected and they're incredibly sparkly. The pictures online don't do them justice as they are even more beautiful in person! Customer service was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely buy from them again. We were nervous to order a diamond and a ring we couldn’t physically see and hold. But the photos online are taken and show you every single flaw, if any! Placed the order over the phone with Alyce and she was great. Answered every question we had, and made us feel comfortable. The ring was scheduled to ship within 12 business days but I had it in my hands within 5 business days. The ring is beautiful. The diamond is amazing quality. And the actual band is perfect. The product (diamond) is beautiful! They did an excellent job with it. Customer service after the sale could be improved. Before the sale it’s good - but it slides noticeably after the sale. Two emails and a call went unanswered for weeks. I did get a call eventually and heard a bunch of excuses rather than answers. Too bad to because I will be buying earrings soon but not from here
