Quick response!
The response to my problem was immediate even though it was late in the evening! A request for a photo of the problem was asked for and I was advised that a reply would be the following day. It was and a refund was in my account later that day. Can’t ask for more! Just disappointed the baby blanket will have to wait for a while!

They're always super quick to answer any concerns or queries, they have good quality stuff that arrives quick when I get things delivered from them, and I've overall always had a pleasant experience with them. Just recently I accidentally ordered the incorrect item without realising and made a return today it was so incredibly easy to organise I was kind of impressed. Always love shopping with them.

I still can’t delete unwanted free…
I still can’t delete unwanted free patterns in my library. I was in contact with Lovecrafts last year and was told they were updating their website and I would be able to delete unwanted fee patterns again, when it had been updated. Why is it taking so long? I am reluctant to download any more free patterns, incase they are unsuitable and I can’t delete them.

Thank you for getting back in touch. I'm sorry for any frustration caused!
While it’s still not possible to permanently delete patterns from your Library, I’m happy to let you know that there’s now an option to hide unwanted patterns. To do this, simply open your Pattern Library and look for the small eye icon on the pattern image. Clicking on that will hide the pattern from view.
If you change your mind later, you can tick the "Show Hidden Patterns" box, and the pattern will reappear.
We believe this is a more flexible option than permanent deletion, as it allows you to clean up your Library while still being able to access patterns later if you change your mind.
I hope this gives you a bit more confidence in trying out new patterns. If you have any trouble using the hide feature, just let us know—we're happy to help!

Proactive Customer Support
LoveCrafts is an absolute fantastic company. They have lovely wool and patterns at affordable price. I recently experienced an issue with my order being stuck in customs.
