Someone rammed our motor home …
Someone rammed our motor home insurance company chose Lovells in Peterborough, we hadn't used them before but they exceeded our expectations especially in the difficult environment of getting specialised parts. Elmo's communication on the update on the repairs was so refreshing and we felt positive about getting the work done to a high standard.

BMW repair
Thanks to Elmo and the team for excellent customer service. Having to wait rather a long time for the repair to be completed, this was due to BMW supply chain issues, I was updated with weekly progress reports. Once all parts arrived a quick response given to complete the repair. Car returned cleaned inside and out. Courtesy car was provided throughout.
Would definitely recommend the team at Lovells, thank you.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service! I phoned the day someone bumped into my car and got given an appointment during the next week. Took it down to the garage for a quote as I was having to pay privately, photos of the car taken and even got a managers thoughts. They polished out as much of the scratches as they could free of charge to help me out. And reassured me that it wouldn’t effect any warranty on the car. Will definitely recommend!

Great service
I dropped off my car after having an accident caused by a third-party and Loverlls were great they kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and the repairs were done to a very high standard everyone I dealt with especially Snowden was very nice and friendly Snowden even got my car put through an MOT for me.

Excellent professional company
I received excellent professional service from Lovells when my car needed repairs caused by a third party. Car was collected and thoroughly inspected before the work and I was kept updated by Elmo Lopez while the car was in the garage.
Great paint work done and very pleased with the repair and customer service.

Excellent professional service
My car went to Lovells to have a minor bump repaired through a third party’s insurance company. Lovells kept me updated through the whole process and did a good job on the repair. When they returned my car it was lovely and clean.
