Outstanding service and workmanship
After getting hit by another car, I wasn’t looking forward to the hassle of an insurance claim and fix. I was very lucky my insurance company used Lovells. From the first phone call from them, it was so smooth, right up until they dropped the car back to my place of work in immaculate condition. Elmo kept me updated throughout the entire process and get this, even had the courtesy to call me a week later to check everything was ok with the car. I’ve never heard of an auto shop doing that, now that’s service and taking pride in your business to a new level. If I ever need an auto shop again, I know where I’m going Lovells.

Painless experience
When my car was hit I was dreading the stress that would follow but I was pleasantly surprised that Lovells made the whole process painless for me!
Spencer was my point of contact and kept me regularly updated throughout the 4 weeks my vehicle was being repaired.

My car went in for body repairs after it was hit in a carpark my point of contact was omar who was great he explained what would happen kept me inform on how they where getting on when I collected the car the body repairs had been done very well. very happy with the service I got from omar and lovells .

Overall a positive experience
Overall a positive experience. Had my car in for a small job and was sorted quickly. Friendly attitude. To arrange repairs was easy using email because I was at work and missed calls but Elmo was very responsive so was able to arrange everything with him. Great paint job and car returned clean and sparkling inside out. Keep pleasing your customers!

Very good service with extras added
Very good service with extras added. My car was repaired and handed over to me all clean inside and out as was in a bit of a state as I am an essential worker and had no time to clean my car. Very pleased with the work and would recommend Lovells Auto Body repairs

My insurer requested my car was repaired at Lovell’s. I’ve had an excellent experience. Elmo kept me up to date throughout the whole repair process. Car was collected and delivered. Elmo contacted insurance company to update them also. Car looks brand new, so happy with service provided. Elmo was professional and friendly, excellent customer service.
