The Third Party Insurer chose to repair…
The Third Party Insurer chose to repair my Mini at Lovells following an accident. Spencer has been excellent at communicating with me throughout the process.
The car had a problem with the door when it was returned to me. Spencer came the same evening for a quick fix to address the issue which was very good of him as I needed to travel the next day. I am awaiting for the issue to be finally resolved but am confident Lovells will do a good job.

Great Service!
Recently had a car accident and my insurance used Lovells to repair my car.
Spencer handled my repairs and kept me constantly up to date throughout the process, they were really busy but it only took 2 weeks to get the repairs done and my car back to me! Really great service and would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended
I was a bit concerned about how long I would be without my car when the catalytic converter was stolen, as the police advised me that there had been a spate of these thefts recently, and I could be in for a long wait for a new cat to be available.
However, this turned out not to be the case, as Lovells repaired and returned my car just ten days after collecting it. They even gave it a valet both inside and out 😊
Spencer was my contact, and he kept me informed of progress with regular updates which were very helpful.
N.B my boyfriend also had the cat stolen from his car at the same time, and he’s still waiting for an update from the dealer as to when he can expect his car back!

Can’t fault the service provided
Can’t fault the service provided. We were kept informed by Spencer at every step of the process and when I went to pick up my wife’s car and noticed small scratches that I hadn’t seen before (but that doesn’t mean they were not there) Spencer ensured they were polished out before I drove the car away. Absolutely, first rate.

The service provided by Elmo and Spencer was first class. The courtesy car was delivered when my car was collected. I received regular updates on the progress of the repair and my car was returned on the day I expected. It looks as if it has just come out of the showroom. Top service.
