Great company, Great product however...
The slight sheen silver gray Leopard statue is not a true reflection of the product. Ours arrived and is a darge beige matt colour which really wasnt what we were looking for. They responded to say they were all like that and the manufacturer said its the way they are... If it wasnt such a wonderful little statue it would be going back

Frankly I'm quite appalled and angry. I bought this as a gift, and felt it a little expensive with postage also, but ordered nevertheless.
Then I get a Royal Mail notice to say the sender didn't pay enough postage, and I had to pay an additional £3.20 to receive my parcel.
Not acceptable 😒
Your response was incredibly unhelpful too. I did not know who the parcel was from. Royal Mail leave a card saying insufficient postage. I paid online, and it is not until the parcel arrives and is opened that you become aware who the sender is!

I wanted to order a set of mugs which were out of stock so signed up to be notified when they were back in stock. I got the email notification and placed an order immediately only to wait 3 weeks without any updates. I emailed asking for an update and was told they were waiting for them to arrive back in stock so they could dispatch them. Not off to a great start but they were quick to reply to my email and I wasn't too worried. Then when they arrived they were very poorly packaged and inevitably one of the mugs had broken. It's now taken another almost 3 months (!!) to receive the replacement and they didn't pay sufficient postage for the parcel so I ended up having to pay for the postage myself. Not happy and definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered a lovely boho mirror, I’ve had so many comment . It’s so unusual, I love it. The order took a little longer to process, but well worth the wait .
