Dear Sarah, all our products are covered under our 1 year warranty. We offer free returns on all products that arrive faulty or develop a fault within 1 year for an exchange or a refund. I was quite surprised to read your review, which is why I reviewed the communications you exchanged with our customer care, I understand there are no faults with the product you ordered at all, you were offered an exchange, refused to respond and proceeded to insult our customer care on a countless number of emails which is not a behaviour we can tolerate. Your review is misleading and nothing short of defamatory.

firstly, the shipment was discreetly packed on time and secondly, the accessories are of good quality and gave me and my partner a lot of fun

Very disappointed after spending £80
Spent a lot of money on their love egg, very disappointed that it didn't do what is specified. Due to using it of course it was non returnable but emailed for advise or possible replacement and still not received a reply.

Dear Michelle, all our products are covered under our 1 year warranty, if a product you purchased on our website develops a fault within this period, whether you have opened the packaging or used the product or not, we can offer an exchange or a refund. I understand you are disappointed with the distance by which the remote control currently works with the egg, our customer care team has emailed you with instructions. I notice you emailed us on Friday at 8pm and posted this review on Sunday, please note as advised on our website our offices are closed on weekends and we aim to respond to all queries within 2 working days. Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, even received emails from the customer service explaining my complaint of not having my items delivered was “pointless”. Wouldn’t use this company again, very poor service and even worse customer service, actually quite shocked at how bad the experience has been

Really rude and poor customer service
Really rude and poor customer service, their approach is essentially our way or no way. Purchased a crotchless item, it arrived, I tried it on and noticed it didn’t quite fit the description therefore didn’t fit me correctly. I filled in a return form only to be told that I’ve now worn the item and can’t return because it’s classed as “used”. Frankly found this ridiculous and got spoken down on by customer service, they didn’t allow me to open a complaint and kept asking that I stop contacting them. Would not recommend shopping with them. I called citizens advise who said I was right to raise the issues I had and have given me advise of how to take this forward which I will be doing. Can see other people have had a similar experience to me so not shocked if I get an unkind response to this review but I just had to let the world know so hopefully someone doesn’t have the same experience.

Dear PK, as clearly advised on our website we are unable to accept returns on items of intimate lingerie when they have been tried on or worn, for obvious hygiene reasons. The same applies to sex toys, unless of course they arrive faulty or develop a fault, in which case they are covered under our 1 year warranty. Our customers appreciate the strict policies we have in place to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience. We are quite surprised that you do not share the same opinion despite our best efforts to clarify our policies to you. I have reviewed the communications you entertained with our customer care, and I find your review simply misleading and unfair. Our team has responded to all of your emails in a polite and timely manner, regardless of how challenging it has been to explain to you that trying a lingerie product is the same as wearing it and using it, that our policies are the same as any retailer in the UK which are fully in line with UK law and that we do not make exceptions to our policies, even after having received threats. Delivery was very quick & discreet.
Disappointed with the product that I bought. Not much vibration when fully charged. Very noisy product.
It says 10 speeds, not much variation between them all of low vibration, didn't get me wet.
It will go in the back of the cupboard and not be used.
