They threaten you with legal action when you ask for a refund
Well done LO you have breached GDPR by sharing sensitive customer information in public domain - my email address. Thank you for this, now passing onto GDPR compliance for further investigation. Yes, that email came from me. Did I threaten legal action like you claim? NO. That came from LO. Anyway you will have much larger fines and problems now GDPR has been breached - congratulations.
In response to LO. If they looked at video which clearly showed a faulty product why is there a refusal to refund at this point? Per THEIR OWN policy they want goods to be returned to be inspected - they THEMSELVES admit fully in plain sight to touching (potentially) USED SEX TOYS and then sending them back! They actually threatened ME with legal action and said if I did not remove my review they would sue me for damages - see photo of them saying this and their ridiculous cease and desist letter. None of my emails were rude, I didn't use any abusive language. They think asking for a refund is abusive. I am still waiting for them to follow out on their threat of legal action because as anyone with half a brain cell knows there is ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL CASE just a case of disgusting people who want to handle sex toys and not refund when their cheap tat doesn't work and resort to scaring and bullying people into being silent. Well LO, let the world now see!

1. We never refused to look at any video, we provided you with a free return label to exchange your product or issue a refund. You refused to return your product and threatened us with legal action, trading standards action, defamation to your "15K followers" and harassed our customer care team with dozens of aggressive emails on a daily basis and continue to do so to this day.
2. We never threatened you with legal action, we responded to your threats where you proclaimed yourself as a "qualified barrister".
3. Your attempts at confusing readers on this page, especially regarding our hygiene measures are beyond defamatory and make absolutely no sense. As clearly advised on our website, we have strict measures in place to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience to our customers, we do not accept returns on products where the packaging has been opened for obvious hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty or develop a fault under our 1 year warranty. Just like any other retailer in the world, if your product arrives faulty or develops a fault, we first provide you with guidance on ensuring the product does not function correctly, if that is the case we offer a free return and inspect the product upon return before issuing an exchange or a refund. We notice from your other reviews (which are all 1 star) you have a history of not understanding basic common practice when it comes to return policies.
4. We are eager to see any photo of any communication originating from us, threatening you with any legal action other than a response to your very own threats and to hear back from any of the organisations you supposedly filed a case with. We hope they have the manpower to respond to your dozens of ridiculous nonsense angry emails like the one below which leave us with nothing but utter confusion. We are not sharing any of your sensitive data here, we do feel it is important that readers of this review form an honest opinion by sharing some of your communications.

Parcel didn’t arrive
Parcel didn’t arrive, was told Royal Mail needed to investigate as the tracking number couldn’t be tracked, waited, haven’t heard a thing. I emailed and asked for a full refund and didn’t not even receive a reply.

I returned an item which did not work…
I returned an item which did not work despite doing everything suggested. I was later informed by them that there was nothing wrong with it and it would be returned to me if I paid the postage. Told them to keep it, it did not work! Why couldn’t they just exchange and return? Heard nothing more from them so they obviously aren’t bothered about customer care or bad reviews. Total waste of money. There are better companies who care more about their customers.

Dear Lyle, I have reviewed the communications you exchanged with our customer service and you were provided with instructions in regards to changing the batteries to ensure the product was clearly faulty before returning it. We received your return and simply changed the batteries as we had advised you try before returning it and the product functions correctly. For this reason and as explained to you via email, I'm afraid we are unable to process an exchange. We find your review quite unfair and quite misleading, we have responded to all communications from you in a timely manner providing assistance and you clearly and simply disregarded this to return the item without even trying to change the batteries. We offered to return this product to you and you refused - we don't recognise this as any lack of care on our part.

Late Delivery
I have received this message to rate my order before my order has even arrived. So this does not relate to my order and I will review this when it arrives but it does relate to the delivery time. I placed the order on the 2nd and it is suppose to take 2-3 working days and it has still not arrived and it has been 5 working days and 7 days in total.

No return policy and poor custumer service with disgusting attitude;
Contacted them right after i got the package and they had no intention whatsoever to help with returning, got their money for the good photos taken and not from the poor quality of cheap chinese goods sold.

Dear Gabriel Ilinca, our returns policy is published on every single page of our website. We offer a 30 days returns policy and a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, in case of a change of mind, as advised on our returns policy, we are unable to accept returns on sex toys which have been used for obvious hygiene reasons. Under our 1 year warranty, we do of course provide a free exchange in case any sex toy develops a fault, whether they have been used or not. Our customers appreciate these guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience.
I have reviewed the communications you entertained with our customer care, you were asked if the products had been used to which you responded yes, you were then asked several times if there was anything wrong with the products and you did not respond, you were extremely rude and requested that we "resell" the sex toys you have already used.
In regards to your claims on the quality and location of manufacture, I notice you ordered an ElectraStim product which is made in Britain and a Secret Play Liquid Vibrator which is made in Spain.
We find your review quite surprising and extremely misleading.

First and last time buying from them
I made my first purchase from them, not going to lie my order was delivered promptly as promised. But that's where the customer service ended, the minute i i requested a return for some of the items (lingerie in this case) they immediately outright refused. Regardless of the fact that I kept it unopened and in original packing.
I would rate it a 1 star for customer care, but i did get it delivered on time. So 2 stars for me.
