I like the selection of cards. They are fun, cute, and long lasting especially the flower bouquets. They have cards for every occasion. Also, the colors are great. I intend on purchasing more cards from Lovepop. I enjoy their creative sense.

Terrific company! My cards were of great quality and absolutely undamaged by shipping. And unlike so many online shops I was able to reach them by phone quickly for a question. I wasn't sure when to expect my delivery and they assured me it would arrive that day. It did! They even sent an email to follow up to make sure all was well. I will order from Lovepop Cards again. Great experience overall!

I have been a customer from the beginning and each time I order I'm never disappointed. They just keep getting better and better

After spending $5k+ over several years and enjoying the cards very much, I was sent a points notification email and a link to purchase additional cards. The link did not match up with the email. Customer care email was the worst I have experienced. They advised to purchase the large card order and that they would fix it later. So spend my money and hope that an offshore call center staff member would accept my word of the issue. They simply needed to correct the link or the online order BEFORE i submitted payment and they chose not to. I finally sent a letter (4/2/26) to John Wise and Kathryn Stewart - Corporate Office in Massachusetts. NO response as of this date. Will be spending my large card budget elsewhere. Sad situation that a great product can go down the toilet because of bad customer service. **In the response, LovePop clearly either didn't read the review or don't care. The initial Customer Care communication was the worst I've experienced and the reply is to "give our team a call". So it is clear that either this is an AI Response or the Human did not clearly read the initial communication.

The cards are always amazing and I have ordered from them multiple times. The last order got lost in transit but the customer service team was great and got it rectified very quickly.

I've ordered from Lovepop Cards quite a few times so I knew when I needed a beautiful card for the passing of a pet in our family, I turned to them. I was sad when I hadn't received it, however, with the help of their customer service, they double-checked my address and have sent me a replacement and expedited the shipping! The Customer service was terrific in responding to my request to replace a card that did not match the quality of the image of the same one on their website. Super fast response and solution-oriented. I greatly appreciated that they sent a replacement card that I could pick from their collection, since I had to mail the card I'd ordered, even if it was not as expected, because Father's Day was around the corner, and I didn't need a duplicate of the same Father's Day card for future years.

I had an outstanding experience with Lovepop, and I especially want to thank Dave for his incredible customer service. He truly live up to the Lovepop Customer Happiness department name.

When I called the store to ask about a specific product, Dave immediately put my mind at ease. He confirmed that the item I wanted was in stock, made sure I could pick it up right away, and honored the advertised price. His reassurance and attention to detail made the entire process completely stress-free.

Wonderful product, great delivery, and excellent customer service. I have purchased multiple cards from them and the recipients are always so happy to receive them. The most recent card I purchased was for my dad for Father’s Day. The cards are unique and special compared to your average card. Definitely recommend this company!

I have been buying and sending Lovepop cards to my grandchildren for a few years. They are always excited to receive them! They make us smile!

Our Father’s Day cards were so much fun. My son loved picking out the hulk card and playing with it after he gave it to his dad. Love the customization. Customer service was very fast and accommodating.

Company promises a 3-5 shipping time and I have been waiting for 2 weeks to receive one card for Father's Day. If you want to track your order, they ask for more money to have access to that information. Reach out to customer service and get told that it's a 3 day wait before you can speak to anyone. Try to just cancel the $16 card and am unable to since apparently it got shipped SOMEWHERE but who knows where. I would never recommend this to anyone when you can get something similar off of Amazon for at least half the price and tracking that requires zero extra money.

I received 2 daisy cards and I love them! They are so beautifully made, I belong to the P.E.O. Sisterhood and our flower is the marguerite - the DAISY! Our two retirees, who I am giving these to, will treasure these works of art - works of the heart! I am very glad to support Vietnamese artists. I will be ordering more Lovepop Cards, for sure! I want some, too!!!

I had a really great experience with Lovepop's customer service team while dealing with a missing package. They were quick to respond and made the entire process very straightforward and stress free. Shout-out to Dave, who was extremely helpful! He was polite, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the care that he showed with my order, and appreciate the time he took to make sure I walked away satisfied with my order and experience.

Dave was wonderful to work with. We could not locate an order. I had not received any emails with order verification. He was checking all options to locate. It was done via a Facebook ad on Saturday, June 6. Placed another order with out personalization in case original order shows up. I appreciate his helpfulness and cheerfulness. Dave made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be ordering more card from Lovepop in the future!
