Dave was wonderful to work with
Dave was wonderful to work with. We could not locate an order. I had not received any emails with order verification. He was checking all options to locate. It was done via a Facebook ad on Saturday, June 6. Placed another order with out personalization in case original order shows up. I appreciate his helpfulness and cheerfulness. Dave made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be ordering more card from Lovepop in the future!

I ordered a card for my wife for Mother’s Day. The card never arrived leaving me in a difficult situation. I contacted them and requested a replacement that has still not arrived 9 days later. I definitely will not trust them again.

So quick and perfectly handled
My card must’ve gotten lost in the mail, so when I reached out they very quickly processed a new order, expedited shipping, and added track tracking so we can make sure it was delivered as soon as possible.

100% Satisfaction
I've ordered twice from Lovepop, the first time was an anniversary card for my wife, who still opens the card months later to see it pop-up again, and the second was for my mother on Mother's Day. The one for my mom never arrived, at no fault of Lovepop, but mis-delivery from USPS. Lovepop was still fantastic in helping me out, and even sent out a replacement order to her free of charge. They are the kindest people with the coolest cards.

Failed to deliver on time
I ordered two cards, a week before Mother's Day and both were garaunteed to be delivered on time... I would have chosen another shipping method if there were any question about that, but there wasn't. I even reached out to customer service to confirm, they did. I even received an email confirming we were good... But here we are, 3 days after Mother's day and one of the two cards just arrived and the other one is still in limbo.
I still love the cards, but next time, I'll be sure to order significantly earlier.

My mom loves the 3d cards
My mom loves the 3d cards. She looks forward to them for her birthday and Mother’s Day. Mom leaves the cards out all year long so she can enjoy them They are made to last. AND I had an issue with mom’s card this year. The card was lost in the mail and I did not pay for tracking. The company has issued a new card so we can carry on the Mother’s Day tradition.
