ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I had such a bad experience with Lovespace please dont fall for their gimmicks.
Honestly speaking, this was quite an expensive option especially as a student ( they were advertised and reccommended by my uni, but when i checked out and viewed the total bill it was extremely overpriced and there were so many hidden charges for example : collection fee and delivery fee). That was my fault I guess because I compared a few companies and I fell for their " user friendly " webpage.
1) I had issues with Collection.
They driver couldnt find my boxes and there wasnt a way for them to communicate with me as the driver collecting the boxes were from a third party source. Lovespace absolutely couldnt be arsed to help me with their phone lines perpetually being ' engaged '... So I had left the country and was already very stressed , the company still wouldnt pick up and only manage to solve my issue 4 DAYS AFTER my initial collection date...
2) Issue with DELIVERY
I had initially selected and paid for my boxes to be delivered on a certain date. However, apparently the transaction didnt go through and I only realised upon returning to uni.. Unfortunately then I had to pay extra for the premium service, the boxes to be delivered on the following day. 39£ later, they made me stay home the entire day waiting for the boxes fo come but after waiting the ENTIRE DAY they didnt... When I tried to call through they said that they were ' going to check what and where the driver was and send an email to update '. LOL they didnt so I spent the weekend waiting,calling & emailing for nothing. Was actually convinced that they've misplaced my boxes because of how they kept redirecting me and giving me very vague answers about its whereabouts and when they were coming.
When I finally received the boxes, the driver was so non-chalent (he might not have known) but my items were damaged so that added extra sourness to my mood.I'm sure you guys can roughly imagine how LIVID I am. My whole experience with this TRASHY company has been nothing but absolute sh!t from start to end. The only thing they did smoothly was collecting the money.. LOL
I have been trying to get hold of someone to get my refund but apparently their lines are still facing overwhelming amounts of calls or they've blocked me🤷🏻♀️
TLDR : the company sucks at communicating internally, with customers and with their delivery drivers.. waste of time and money 10000/10 would not reccommend
