The driver arrived way earlier than the designated time, I got the text message yesterday saying that the driver will arrive at approximately 12:38 - 14:38, but the driver called me and told me that he had arrived at 10:45. I was not fully packed and therefore I was in a big hurry.

Very convenient service for international students who need summer storage, the booking and pick up items are so easy to go through, been using the storage service for 3 times including this year, the driver is very on time during time slots and very reliable delivery.

Collection driver was amazing
Collection driver was amazing. I'd been nervous about carrying everything down to wherever the van got parked myself. I knew I could do it but it would be heavy. Collection guy was friendly, knocked on the door to say hi and had a trolley. He didn't need help finding parking had everything organised, helped me get the boxes onto the trolly and then wheeled my stuff down to the van in two trips. Took 10 minutes max, completely stress free I'm very happy and relieved it was that easy. Now just need to wait and see how great delivery will be :)

I have been using this storage service…
I have been using this storage service for three years and have always had a great experience. Sebastian, the pick-up driver, was friendly and helpful, the entire process is smooth and stress-free every time. Excellent service is one of the reasons I recommend this company especially for international students.

If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. Customer services is a robot. You cannot speak to a real person. Missed collection and no way or sorting this out without cancelling order. Not helpful when first year students first time away from home and they need additional support at this time not a robot that is useless. Shame on you love storage you take the money but give zero service
